Nice house, good area but currently lots of construction going on, so don’t plan to sleep in. Having the pool right in the house was great with little kids

This place was gorgeous , clean and very nice! The hosts checked on us and even sent us things to do! It was very well worth it! My kids and family enjoyed it and we will be booking again in the near future!

3 night stay

Our family had a great time at this property. It fit our group of 10 with plenty of room to spread out. The only problems we ran into were that there weren't any trash cans in the bathrooms and the floors could have used a little extra cleaning; there was some dirt, but nothing major. The beds were clean and comfortable. Our children all loved the pool room and arcade games. The hosts were quick to respond and help us with a last-minute accommodation. I would recommend this property and happily stay again.

The area was nice. Had several issues with air conditioning kicking out several times. Also, upper smoke alarm would chirp every morning 2am to around 8am? Grill on the patio did not work. Smoke alarms were looked at, but never resolved. I would get these things fixed, before the next guests arrive.

Getaway

Nice location. They are just getting started, lots on construction. The lodge itself is pretty, it still needs finishing touches. There are no trash cans except for in the kitchen, nor do they have hand soap at bathroom sinks. The back balcony view from our lodge was not great, however other lodges did to appear they will have better views from balcony. It was not dirty, however could of been better cleaned. Do not look under beds or dressers. It was nice and peaceful at night. It is a nice drive into Pigeon Forge. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and playing foosball and arcade games. We did have a good time staying here. They just still have some kinks and finishing touches to do the the lodge.
