Beautiful Picture perfect lake front cottage available for rent on Lake in Carnarvon, just 10 mins North of Minden Ontario; and 20 mins to Haliburton. Cottage is on Little Boshkung Lake and ajoins to Big Boshkung and 12 mile Lake. This is the most desirable 3 lake in the area. Excellent fishing swimming and boating. There is a beautiful screened in eating area for your enjoyment and fabulous huge wrap around deck . Satelite tv dvd and blue ray and included also a large selection of movies and games for those who want to enjoy. Cottage is equipped with everything that you would need for your home away from home. Also available at no extra charge are the use of paddle boat and canoe and 2 kayaks. Rental rates start at 600-1600 per week and 400.00 for weekends Long weekends are 550.00. Call for more information. No Smoking or Pets. Owner has allergies.Book now for fall and winter to ensure you get the weeks you want!!!!

Excellent lake for swimming, boating and fishing. Cottage is right on Little Boshkung lake it is part of a 3 chain lake. It ajoins to 12 mile lake and big Boshkung Lake. Cottage also has a wrap around deck and a separate screened in area with table and chairs and lightening. Beautifully landscaped walk ways and firepit. Year round road. Very private cottage with gorgeous views and rock cliff across road. Cottage is all brand new and professionally decorated. Beautiful log beds and gorgeous fireplace. Brand new BBQ propane directly connected to the propane supply for the cottage; no need to bring propane tank!!!

Little Boshkung Lake stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in and check out were easy. The property was clean and has amenities for your stay. I especially enjoyed the kayaks and the paddle boat. The friendly host was very accommodating.

The property is really wonderful, we never expected such a lovely stay from the photos provided in the website though. They have got all sort of things for water activities. Annual Thanksgiving Weekend Away

We had a great stay with our daughter and her fiancé at this cozy lakefront cottage. The location is perfect! Close to all the amenities including some really great restaurants. The fall colours and views of the lake were spectacular. We really appreciated the wifi and satellite tv reception as the weather didn’t exactly cooperate! The cottage is fully equipped and Debra is a very responsive host. Can’t wait until next year!

The reservation was changed

So there was a problem with the place we reserved so we ended up getting an upgrade so we could still have a reservation. Debra and her husband were so kind and gracious giving up their place so we could enjoy our weekend. It was a lovely spot and is another of her rentals. It was clean, modern and had all the bells and whistles. It was nice to have a beach and a dock for the boys to go fishing.The weather even cooperated for the day It was easy to contact Debra and ask questions along the way.

- Great view - Clean property - very well equipped and has a lot of amenities - Yard has equipped with lightings Keep in mind: - 3rd bedroom is closet size. But the other 2 bedrooms were fine. - have to drive 30 min to dump your garbage! - no pillows and blankets - no coffee. There were two machines but no. coffee or pods provided. - no toiletries. Bring your shampoo and body wash

Thank you for your review. The third bedroom is small yes it’s not a closet size it actually has a closet and a pull out single ottoman. Living room also has an extra pull out Brand new brand new-queen size couch +2 other bedrooms. The dump is 12 minutes from the cottage not 30. Usually with the renters do as well one is cleaning the cottage the other one runs to the dump and back. And you actually did leave garbage garbage in the cottage underneath the sink. I did explain to you that you would have to go to the dump to dump your things or you had the option to take them with you this was all listed in the rental agreement which he was sent long before you arrived. I apologize for not having coffee there I’ve never actually had anyone expect that I would supply coffee pods of different types of coffee etc. at the cottage it is a cottage not a hotel. We do have coffee up in the top cover the grinds in the filters but again I can’t assume that this is the type that you like . Again bedding pillows and personal toiletries are all listed as not being offered on the rental agreement. I have been renting our cottages for over 12 years and never had an issue as I am very clear about instructions and what is expected long before renter arrives I even send a reminder email a couple days before they go. We do supply all toilet paper paper towels cleaning supplies etc. so there are toiletries they’re just not your personal stuff like your razors toothbrush toothpaste your personal things. There is also shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the bathroom cupboard but honestly most people prefer to bring their own. Again I do appreciate your input we do try and take everything into consideration before renting out our cottages and you take the feedback we get to improve for the next visit.

Gorgeous

Some properties make promises; this one delivers! Picture every amenity you could want in a cottage property; dock, ability to swim freely, fire pit, screened in gazebo, kayaks, canoe, paddle boat and gorgeous landscape. Then, picture any amenity you want in a house; beds, tv, any dish or kitchen gadget you could think of and games and goodies we didn’t even have time to enjoy! And lastly, think of fun little day trips and gorgeous scenery. This rental has it all. We ate all our meals in the screened in gazebo and loved the gas bbq where you didn’t need to worry it might run out of propane mid steak 😳 It was a gorgeous week at a gorgeous place. Thank you! For those reading and wondering if you should rent here - yes is the answer.

such a cute cottage!!

this cottage has the BEST amenities included. kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, row boat, lily pad, and so many floats/tubes. it had a beautiful hammock, a shaded outdoor eating area, a swing, and lots of board games included. the kitchen was fully stocked so we didn’t need to bring anything in that sense. we took walks around the roads and cottage and it was beautiful scenery. this cute cottage was booked for a girls getaway. there was 3 of us and it was listed as a 3 bedroom. i would say it’s a 2 bedroom as there’s only 3 real beds (top & bottom bunk in one room and a queen in the second room). the third bedroom was small, almost like a transitioned closet. no matter for us. there was a pull out couch and a trolley but we did not have the space to pull out. i know it says it can sleep more, but i would not be able to fit more than 3 comfortably. all in all, i would highly recommend this cottage, in fact i have to friends and family.

This cottage is cute and cozy! View of the lake is picture perfect. Fall colors were in full show and the ducks are always looking for something to eat. We wished we could have used the canoe or kayaks that are provided, but our weather while there did not coperate. Debra was a very responsive host, she was quick to answer our texts. Loved this place!

Lovely lake view and total privacy

A wonderful experience overall. The cottage (inside and outside) has everything you could possibly need. Loved the zero- gravity chairs and the gazeebo which came in handy in the rain. The cottage is next to a marsh which has cottage loud noises from crickets and frogs which was the only drawback. Debra was great to work with.
