Completely renovated studio condominium located in West Dennis, only .5 miles to South Village Beach. Decorated in light and bright beachy décor, this unit is a perfect getaway for two! Pull down Queen size murphy bed, easy to put up and down for sleeping. Amenities include air conditioning wall unit in the living area, Keurig Coffee Maker, TV (streaming services only), and outside deck.

Special Notes: Bathroom has stand up shower only, no bathtub. Also, no outdoor shower or grill.

Close restaurants include Kreme and Kone for all of your fried seafood needs, The Swan River restaurant and fish market, Holly's deli, and Dunkin's!

Great summer rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautifully set up for the small space. It did not feel as small as I thought it might. Back deck was a nice bonus. Murphy bed was very comfortable and easy to put up and down. Overall a little better in person than it looks online!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent proximity to the beach, we were able to take the short walk there daily. The beach was nice and quiet and not crowded. Close to everything - Dunkin, Cuffy’s, Stop & Shop, and plenty of excellent restaurants. The rental is in a very quiet area, we loved the short walk to Swan River and the wooded area that the deck overlooks. The unit is surprisingly roomy and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!
