Stylishly decorated and modern you will find everything you need at our quiet lagoon escape. With a private entrance and a lush residential setting you will find this is your home away from home.

Whether you are working or playing, the Lagoon Loft is close to everything. It is just a 10 minute walk to downtown, restaurants and any shopping you may need. If you want to unwind or get out and play, enjoy our two complimentary bikes to access endless miles of bike trails right at your doorstep. Head out and enjoy 11 miles of coastline on the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail or take the greenbelt trail through the heart of the city. Just want to relax? The grassy lawns of Westchester Lagoon are perfect for sitting back and taking in the natural surroundings and waterfowl.
