The space
This is a classic Outer Banks-style cottage located on the "east side" of 158 one block from the "beach road".

The cottage

• Four “themed” bedrooms
– 2 bedrooms with king beds
- 1 bedroom with two twin beds
- one bedroom with a queen bed
All bedrooms have new memory foam or hybrid mattresses, blackout curtains and/or shades and all but the children’s room feature smart TVs with Roku players

• Two newly renovated bathrooms with shower/tub combos and shampoo and bodywash
• Bath towels and linens are provided. (Guests bring their own beach or hot tub towels.)
• Open concept fully stocked kitchen with ample counter space, dual drip/Keurig coffee machines and large dining area with seating for eight people
• Spacious living room with large, Hi definition smart TV with soundbar in the living room plus boardgames and game console for family fun
• Detached laundry room with full size washer and dryer

Guest access
Guest can access all areas of the home with the exception of locked owner's closets.

Other things to note
• All dogs must be approved in advance. Two dogs maximum. Pet fee is $50 and it will be added automatically when you add him/her to the reservation when booking. Dogs must be house trained, well socialized, up to date on flea prevention and rabies vaccine, not left alone in the house unattended for long periods or uncrated, and not allowed on furniture without OWNER-provided protection. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs - both inside and outside.

• Please indicate the actual number of guests staying when booking. Outside overnight guests are not allowed.

• Absolutely NO party groups. Family groups only. Minimum age for renters not accompanied by a family group or parent or guardian is 25 years old.

• Please leave the house basically as you found it. If you broke something, please let us know in advance so we can plan to take care of it.

• PAPER PRODUCTS - We supply the first roll of paper towels and toilet paper, but guests are responsible for additional needs.

• TVs are streaming only. You use your accounts.

• Guests should bring their own beach/hot tub towels. Use of hot tub is at your own risk. Food, beverages are not permitted in the hot tub. Children under 18 are not to use hot tub without adult supervision. Persons under the influence are not permitted in the hot tub.

• You may be asked to sign a simple rental agreement, provide a copy of valid ID, and fill out a check-in information form as a condition of booking.

• While extremely rare, we are not responsible for power or internet outages or other weather-related issues beyond our control.

• Use of hot tub, bicycles, and other provided amenities is AT YOUR OWN RISK. While these amenities are maintained, we are not responsible for bicycle malfunctions or other unexpected equipment failures.
