This is a comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom + loft and 2 bathroom unit located on the first fairway of the Fazio golf course. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Window A/C units in both bedrooms and ceiling fans. Comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom and queen bed in downstairs bedroom with two twin beds in the loft (newly added 6/2023). Flat-screen TV/VCR/DVD/CD player in living room and 2nd TV in master bedroom . Refurbished bathtub and marble countertops with convenient laundry center. New vinyl flooring. Well equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home. Table & chairs on the lanai. WIFI. Close to pool and BBQ area. Free parking. Stall located directly in front of unit. All linens and towels (bath and beach) are provided. This property also has a sports court to include pickle ball, basketball and tennis.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

The condo was as described. The bed configuration was good for our family. The condo is a little dated but had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy the beach, hang out, and cook the meals we wanted to cook. The location was great!

Didn’t realize there was more than one pool. Property map would have been nice. Also there was verbiage in the packet on the counter about a token to get into the pool but there is no token, only a code. Air conditioner situation with it blowing direct on bed is less than ideal but it works. We were confused about which unit was ours but eventually figured it out. Office closes at 3 pm which is check-in time so nobody answered the phone when we had questions about which unit was ours. Overall happy with the stay. This unit was cheaper than other units in the same area so we knew it wouldn’t be five star. It was good value for the price.

Golf trip

The condo was nice and in a great locations. The furnishings could use updating but overall a great value for the money. We were on a guys golf trip and was located very close to the golf course. So close in fact, we walked to the club house carrying our clubs. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed on the first hole of the golf course & the course restaurant was right out the back door. The condo was great! Had everything we needed sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, automatic ice maker, and extra blankets. Slept 6 comfortably. We were in walking distance to the beautiful Turtle Bay hotel/resort. We enjoyed the pools & beaches. Great place to stay. Five stars!

Reasonably Priced

Condo was dated, but in good condition. The low position of the window units in the two bedrooms could be improved. As is, the air flow hits the side of the bed and hinders the overall comfort of the rooms. Housekeeping needs more attention to detail. Dust accumulation on black floor fan and door slats are noticeable. Some of the wood steps of the staircase are separating which may cause safety issues in the future.

He was very personable & courteous. The unit could use a little updating and/or upgrading but all in all it was okay. The beddings need to be changed, especially in the downstairs bedroom. I kept thinking of Monk and his sheets he traveled with!! As we were checking out, the same friendly gentleman was in the parking lot and said they were bringing in a new bed.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hale Lilly was filthy upon arrival, infested with **** roaches, had a hole in the wall, a shower that did not work so we all had to share the one shower and demolishing remodeling next door that started after we arrived and early each morning the contractor would pound on our door and tell us we had to move our car.We travel travel to Hawaii 1-2 times a year and stay in VBRO rentals. We have never experienced a property as terrible as this one. In our opinion, this property should be taken off of the market until repaired and cleaned up. Also, we think a partial refund is in order. We will leave it up to you as to what would be fair.John Camphouse

Aloha, We are sad to see this review on this property. As this unit was thoroughly cleaned before your stay and prepped the day you checked in as well as recleaned during your stay per your request. The property also does not have any holes of any kind inside and as the parking stall is assigned to the unit you were not asked to move your vehicle. Unfortunately there was construction being done next door but they were working in the non quiet time parameters that allows them to do so. Any construction work done on the property is beyond our control. Both bathrooms were and still are in working order as both showers were used during your stay. Our office was also informed by our prepping staff that there were no roaches in the unit when is was prepped shortly before your check in. As we are located in a tropical location it is common to see pest and as a rental management company we do everything in our power to prevent them from entering the unit by conducting a monthly spray as well as accommodating our guest to the best of our ability(sending housekeeping to reclean if needed ). We are sad to see such review on this property and are sorry that you felt that way while staying in our property . We do strive to have the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service we hope that you may give us another chance in the future. Sinserly KETB office

They have updated the living room furniture since the pictures were taken to more comfortable furniture. There were 6 of us staying and we had enough room. The property is showing a lot of weather wear, but it was very clean. There are ceiling fans, but they do not provide ANY help to keep you cooled down. We tried to get them to work better, but no success. The two bedrooms had AC units, but they are directly next to the bed and blow on you constantly while sleeping. It was better than not having one but made sleeping difficult at times. There were standing fans that you could use as well, but it was very hot and uncomfortable. Better fans would be a big improvement or better yet, looking into a couple of ductless splits. We had two issues that we needed the management for, and they responded quickly. You are about a 10-minute walk to a snorkeling cove or a bay, both were great places to hang out for hours. There were lots of food options and other activities nearby, just be aware that speed limits are 35 mph and if the location you want to visit says 8 miles away, it can take you 30 minutes to get there. Be prepared to enjoy the drive and the beautiful scenery.
