Cozy, spacious 1 bedroom+ loft and 2 bathroom upstairs condo. Air conditioning in the bedroom only but great breeze from lanai and beautiful view of golf course. Free WiFi. Tucked away in quiet location close to pool. Two bathrooms, one on the main floor with tub and one upstairs off loft with shower. Two twin beds in the loft and Queen in master bedroom . Great for family getaway. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and all linens and towels are provided.


Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.**TA-142-025-7280-01

Great spot

1 bedroom and one full bathroom downstairs. Space also has an upper loft space with 2 twin mattresses and a small full bathroom too. Great spot to land and run around the north shore! Has AC but also great cross breeze. Definitely recommend for a family of four!

Nice stay

Had a great stay. Condo was very clean and had the essentials. Only thing I missed was a measuring cup. Was happy to see condo matched posting exactly. Great location, about a 15m walk to turtle bay resort for dinner and to the beach and 10m drive to Foodland. Mattress was very uncomfortable to us (subjective) and made me think about the benefits of staying in a hotel, because you always get a nice bed- something I’ll weigh in the future.

Reviewer Comments: If your after a home away from home, very clean, beautiful breeze, over looking the golf course , upstairs condo with main bedroom, kitchen, living area bathroom , then upstairs on a mezzanine level 2 single beds and ensuite which our kids loved! Great for family’s, loved being on top level , no noise very quiet, close to pool, very secure , private car park, close to main Resort & beach. Would highly recommend, we would stay again.

Nice unit

The place itself was nice. We were given a code to use at the gate, but it didn't work. After accessing the security guard, we gained entrance. There was no air conditioning; however, the cross breeze from the sliding door and window in the loft cooled things off. There was no blender. We were instructed to gather up all the trash (no problem doing that), but when we got to the nearest dumpster, it was locked and a sign posted-no access. The pool was very nice. It was clean, good sized and the water temperature was warm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was great! The screen door did not move smoothly and the screen needs to be replaced. It allowed for bugs to get in and would be an easy fix. My daughter had bug bites on her arm after sleeping. I wished there were a few more amenities in the kitchen. Salt and pepper would be helpful. The location was great. Easy to get everywhere. I recommend the Turtle Bay Hotel for sunset and drinks! We never did see the property manager as they were out sick.

Toaster and hairdryer not working, front burner of stove barely working, bugs in unit despite keeping screen/doors/windows closed. The bugs were so bad at night, went on our food, had to wave them away from our phones because they would swarm. For the amount of money I spent for this property, I should have gone to a hotel. I am tempted to ask for a refund!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kuilima Estates is a great base for exploring the North Shore. The customer service was excellent and a great process. We will rent from them again. However, this condo is dated, the carpets are stained and we stepped on a carpet nail in a few places. It is in desperate need of an overhaul on appliances, mattresses, tubs and carpet. Both the tub and the shower felt as if you would fall through. There was one old beach towel and two old red bath towels for "beach towels" so we purchased beach towels for our 8 night stay. The condo is not well stocked which would be easy to do. The majority of pans were teflon and were scraped so we did not use them. We purchased pans instead and a few other items which we donated to a local charity upon departure. We will definitely rent with the management company again but this condo was not what was advertised.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 stayed at Turtle Bay Deep Blue for 5 nights. Location is great, and the unit does have brand new laminate flooring, a nice washer/dryer, and 1 new sink vanity.... Everything else is dated from about 1986. Stove, Fan hood, Refrigerator, toaster, etc are all rusted and not up to today's standards. Front burner still not really working (something I saw in a review from 2007. The Condo is sorely in need of a new paint job, baseboard cleaning, and other basic updates. A/C is limited to an older window unit in the master bedroom, but it smells moldy while running and we quickly turned it off. The Trade winds do blow through the unit really well, which was amazing, but bring an eye mask because with the windows and curtains pulled back the exterior lighting will keep you up all night unless you cover your eyes. There are very few hooks or places to hang towels (we ended up using the stairs to the loft, and it would be great if the rental company added a few wall hooks at the entry way, or a shoe rack outside. The beds and pillows are miserably hard. Top is off they threaten your cleaning deposit with nearly every email... Overall, we'd stay at Kuilima again this was already our 2nd time in the area, but won't rent this unit again. Insult to injury ....unit Quoted price ended up being about 45 % more than the nightly fee due to Cleaning Fee, Service Fee, Taxes and Cleaning Deposit. They charge you 30 days out and there is no way to cancel or leave early.

We were required to make a $250 deposit to insured we did not damage the condo. The deposit was refunded within time stated in agreement. This condo was clean & furniture was in good condition. The exhaust hood over stove was in real need of replacement or extreme deep cleaning - thus my only suggestion for improvement!

Encountered 5 cockroaches (really large), although we didn't want to bother with reporting this to management as we were on vacation and didn't want to have to deal with someone coming in and spraying. It's old, you could find more units that have been updated and taken care of.

Great Experience

The property was great! It was a great location and very quiet and relaxing. I do wish it had air conditioning in the loft as it got hot and stuffy but overall the property was spacious and clean.
