Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "The Big Awesome" - 12 modern and classically renovated 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street. Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $75.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Great Location, Clean

Really enjoyed my stay. Traveled with two small dogs and a friend and had plenty of room. The apartment is well equipped, close to everything worth visiting and a great neighborhood.

Clean, cozy and centrally located!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property while visiting Atlanta. The location provided easy access to and from all of the places that we visited. Perfect location

This location is literally next to everything. The unit is very clean and modern. The beds are extremely comfortable. We were even allowed to check in early. I would defniately stay here again.

We stayed with a good friend in order to see some of Atlanta's highlights. But it wa so nice to come back to the apartment after a long day of sightseeing, sit in the living room and chat about everything we'd seen and learned. Super clean, super well-equipped, super comfy. In a good area close to a lot of things. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. Only noise was the train which wasn't bad. No problems with our stay. Nice Quiet neighborhood

Great stay!

Apartment was very modern and also very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed. The information for check-in and check-out was pretty clear. There was cable and Netflix which was a plus to have with kids. The location was very convenient to downtown Atlanta. It was never more than a 15-20 ride. One minor detail is that it is directly across the street from the Amtrax station so there were plenty of trains going through which could be loud more moments at a time. Other than that, everything was great.

Had a great stay.

Check in process for this property is unique. You have to send a picture of your credit card and license over the Internet before you arrive because it is a remote entry to facility. Also we had to stay on first floor because my mom is handicapped but try and get the second floor if you can. All units have hard wood floors and the family above me walked back and forth in shoes until 2:00 am each night. Ugh. The unit, however is gorgeous -- clean, well stocked, new, Netflix, washer and dryer In unit. We were very comfortable.

Clean and modern

The bedrooms were nice sizes. My daughter complained that we couldn't adjust the air conditioning enough, and it was too warm. Being so close to the railroad and its horns was a little disruptive. Not as enjoyable as my last stay.

Response from BCA is prompt however there were some issues with the apartment that I didn't experience during my last stay. I can understand how it would be difficult to address these issues during our stay as it was the Christmas holiday. The fan for the air/heat was loud as I experienced last time, however this time we weren't able to turn it off. It feeds out directly into the living room and can be fairly disruptive to watching tv and general conversation. But it is nothing compared to the (clothes) washing machine. That sounds like a jet engine and we suspect is an issue with the bearings. This was the worst issue with the apartment this time. There's no getting around this; you can't shut a door to block it and it does make watching tv (without subtitles) impossible, and there's no conversation that can occur either, as it runs through the cycle. I thought for sure people would complain but perhaps we didn't share any walls with anyone so no one was bothered? The apartment experience was best for my reason of being in Atlanta (medical) so I still find BCA a better option than a hotel but these were big issues for me and my family. We already notified BCA but our kitchen floor was sticky and that seemed to spread out into the living areas. A suggestion I have, and this is related solely to my reason for being there (medical) and it's proximity to the hospital, would be to have a recliner available. In summary, this is a fantastic resource for those visiting Atlanta for medical reasons and the folks at BCA are wonderful to work with. But my recent visit was clouded by the insanely loud washer along with the air/heat fan. (Note: their was no drain board under the sink so we used a towel for the last few dishes to dry on)

Great Stay

Our stay was very great!!! Very clean & comfortable place. Had a issue with front door not opening. Our host fixed the issue within minutes, which was very impressive. Could place washing detergent somewhere (not a complaint just a suggestion). Overall I love the stay !!

Tournament week

The location was great for our weeklong baseball tournament that took us all around the Atlanta area to various fields. The accommodations were great, the washer and drier were perfect for daily uniform washes, and enough privacy for two teenagers to relax while I got some work done.
