Our Most Popular Garden View! This well decorated, Luxury condo is ideal for Families! A two Bedroom/three Bath condo located on the ground floor with easy pool, beach and garden access and a view of the beautiful mountains. Enjoy your evening meal on the private covered lanai overlooking the expansive garden protected by well manicured landscaping.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

Enjoy Oasis on the Beach Restaurant and Spa by the Sea at this Resort!

This world class resort offers two and a half acres of tropical gardens among the Fantasy Pool area. Guests love lounging in the lazy river, splashing in the pool, relaxing in one of three sand bottom Jacuzzis or sliding down the two water slides. There is also a poolside Bar and Grill. All this overlooks the azure ocean.

This resort is perfect for families and offers convenient access to shopping centers and all recreational activities. Outside the resort and across the street are grocery stores, Starbucks, Long Drugs, and an Ice Cream Shop!

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Beach Paradise

The rooms are beautiful and quiet. The bathtubs are wonderful with excellent water pressure. The kids had a great time in the pool and family. Hot tub. A short walk to the beach. We really had a fantastic time

Our trip was wonderful! Candace was quick to reply with any questions or concerns. Location is great to get to both North and South shores. The beach at the resort is slightly disappointing, but I’m comparing them to all of the other wonderful beaches around the island. We didn’t have any problem and went to off resort beaches anyway. We would stay here again, absolutely!

Centrally located between north and south coasts. Great restaurant on site. Safeway, coffee, and ice cream/shave ice across the street (easy walk). Kids loved the pool!

This condo was amazing! It smelled clean and was super spacious for all 5 of us! We enjoyed the ground entrance and sitting on the lawn while our children played. Everything was easy to find and the laundry machine was an added bonus!

That Pool!!

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we wanted/needed, but the grounds/pool stole the show! Absolutely gorgeous. Also, loved how easy the check-in process was!

Anniversary trip

We had a wonderful time. Our place was beautiful! The unit was clean and well decorated. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous and the beach area was also beautiful. Candace was great to work with. She responded quickly with any questions. We will stay here the next time we come. I would highly recommend Waipouli Beach Resprt

Wonderful Resort and Great Rooms!

This was a last minute find for us that turned out wonderful! The rooms are fantastic, pool is amazing, and beds comfy. It has a large 2 person soaking bath, another deep single soaking bath, multiple beds. Everything was super clean and comfy. The only weird thing was the bathroom lights were on a timer, and we never figured out how to prevent them from turning off during our baths (but hey, extra mood lighting right?). Would 100% stay again (especially for the perfect price!). Thank you for hosting our family!

Excellent Location, Ground Level Great

Host was very communicative and accommodating. They made it very easy to get a hold of them. Even threw in some beach chairs for us to use. The main TV was not a smart TV, but the ones in the bedroom were, so we had to watch movies in the bedrooms. Rental unit was really nice. The facility was superbly clean. I would definitely stay here again. The location was so great to make it to the north and south shores. We loved having the shopping complex across the street with groceries, shave ice, ice cream, and souvenirs, all conveniently located. I loved walking to the beach without even putting shoes on the entire time.

Nice place

Overall, this is a beautiful property, and we enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and provided the basic necessities. The location was close to the airport and walkable to shops and a beach. The host provided a map of the island which proved to be very helpful! There were a few disappointments, however: (1) the listing described a lazy river, but we discovered it is really just a long and winding pool - not a loop and no inflatable devices allowed. (2) the TV in the living room did not receive a DIRECTV signal. We had to call maintenance for a repair which didn’t take place until our third day. (3) we also discovered on the third day that our dishwasher did not work, the host did not reply to my email regarding repair. (4) being a first floor unit isn’t ideal if there is someone keeping different hours above.

Beautiful Resort-Great Location

We rented this unit for a family getaway and the condo did not disappoint. Well stocked in the kitchen and well stocked for fun in the sun with beach chairs etc. The grounds of the resort are immaculate and we enjoyed the morning sun rises over the ocean from the beach attached to the resort and the pool and hot tub were great for us the kids! The location of this resort made it easy to travel to either sides of the island as the location is central and not to mention close to the airport, grocery stores, Coconut Market, pharmacies and restaurants. The property manager is very responsive and let us know right away when their cleaning staff found a lost ring of our daughters. Their honesty was appreciated and they were flexible in making arrangements to meet us to pick it up. The concierge that was included through Kauai Calls was also another bonus that we used to book tours, and a luau and because we booked with them received discounted prices and not to mention ease of booking. We appreciated the ground location of this unit as it was east for loading in the kids and our beach bags after a long day out sightseeing and the location was great for accessing the pool and bbqs etc. The ease to and from this unit was an unexpected bonus and even though we didn’t have an “ocean view” we loved the location for our family.

Not often does a vacation rental home exceed expectations, but this one did. It was well cared for, clean, and had everything we needed. The complex and resort is very nice, and we loved having all of the food and grocery shopping options just right across the street.We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We loved this resort! The combination of the beach and the pool was exactly what we were looking for. There is a shopping area right across the street with a Safeway and food places, literally a 2 minute walk. There were also other great restaurants within walking distance which was so nice. This was the perfect vacation and we would stay here again!

Perfect for the whole family!

So glad we went with this unit! The open back patio made it very easy for my parents in their 80s as well as our new baby with a stroller to get in and out of. Literally turn a corner for either the beach or pool. With a Safeway and ABC store across the street, you’re set!

Great place!!

This is the third time we stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort and once again it was great. The property is great! Nice pool, clean spacious rooms, and Candice was awesome! We had an issue and within a few hours it was taken care of. Great place would stay here again.
