Commercial Loft with oversized living room. Great Location!
Great location. Feet from Woodward and the Q-Line. Restaurants in view. Ample gated parking. Very quiet inside. Oversized living room that can fit tons of air mattresses or used as event space
This is a single story ADA accessible space. It was originally a manufacturing space that was converted by a Detroit-based master woodworker into residential space.
Two formal bedrooms, one extremely large living room (can be used as event space), full kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry room.
The Living room is very large with two big sectional couches that can easily sleep 4 adults.
Award-winning restaurants, and coffee shops within 1-2 blocks of the space:

1. Baobab Fare (East African with numerous awards)
2. Freya (2024 Restaurant of the year.)
3. Oak & Reel (upscale)
