Welcome to the Top of the Gulf- your beach getaway that you have always wanted!!! The condo is on 5th floor of modern Gulf front studio.. right on the beach with INCREDIBLE view. This elegant studio has everything needed from a perfect vacation.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with work station sink, pot & pans, toaster, blender, keurig coffee mashine
Appliances: stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher
Sleeping arrangement: 2 queen size beds, there is also a couch available
60 inch smart TV
WiFi in unit

-$30 mandatory parking fee has to be paid to the HOA office. CASH only, HOA office is on the 1st floor and open daily 8-5, if coming after 5pm see security for parking passes.
- 4 people max per stay by HOA ( including children any age)
- Guests allowed to park only one car by HOA ( any additional cars have to be parked on public parking)
- there is no private balcony in the unit, but there are common spaces on each floor with chairs to enjoy the view!
