This place needs a good cleaning. Fruit flys in the kitchen area. Used items left in the bathroom and uncomfortable furniture. It has so much potential
The host never responed to where the keys or code was for the door, we didn't say there. Hopefully the inside looks as good as the picture! Will never book this place again!!
We did not stay as we have little to no communication with the host. Seemed sketchy so we got a hotel room.

Location was good for me, and communication about access was good. The place was not very clean. There were other people’s clothing on the floor in the bedroom, and drinks in the fridge. Coffee maker was still full of grounds and mold. No soap in the bathroom anywhere.
It was awful. We didn't stay there bc it was such a scaryplace. The house was over grown w/bushes out front andwe had trouble finding it bc u couldn't see the house number. The porch was scary w/garbage scattered andthe inside did not look anything like these photos bc it wasvery dirty. Even the bed wasn't made. Don't go here.
We did not stay at this property as it was unsafe and DIRTY!There was clearly a party before we arrived and apartment was filthy! Property manager would not respond or answer messages

My girlfriend & I were on a long road trip and stayed one night here. The property looked exactly like the photos in the listing, nice use of space & located in a historic neighborhood. We had a pleasant lunch by the lake.
Host provided helpful check-in details. Overall the stay was what we expected, however cleanliness could be an area of improvement (hair & old soap bar in the shower, dust on headboard) - not a huge deal but heads up if that’s something that bothers you.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY: no contact from the host ever. Contacted them with the messaging system before coming, no response. Tried calling, straight to voicemail. Pulled up to the property, nothing but garbage bags on a front porch. Continued trying to contact, and eventually found a nearby hotel for the night

Stay in Erie.
The pictures are very accurate for the propery. The neighborhood its located in is very quiet most days, and the neighbors are friendly. The contact host for this property is not actually the host. But is very helpful and will do anything they can do to help. The communication problems stem from that though. It wasnt very clean but i cleaned it as much as possible. Over all it was enjoyable.

It was ok
The out side needs CURB APPEAL it was hard to find because of an over grown tree. There were overgrown weeds all over, there would have been no way to use what they call back yard. Once inside there are a rather steep set of steps upstairs, be careful if any one has walking issues. The upstairs is really nice, could have used a few more towels and blankets but we made do. MAJOR UP SIDE THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY QUIET. all in all it was OK FOR THE PRICE
Excellent communication, spacious, secure full floor apartment
This VRBO is in a quiet residential area of Erie, centrally located, with its own entrance. Unit included an open living room as pictured, a separate bedroom with comfortable linens and pillows. The bath had a tub with shower which I liked. We slept well and appreciated the Keurig and drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Host was the best at communicating, responding promptly to emails and proactive in letting us know when the place was ready. Would book here again

I tried to contact the owner for access information before arriving; owner never contacted me back. Upon arrival there was trash all over the porch. And again, no way to access the rental.
The property was easy to locate and had a long driveway to park in. The outside of the property was messy with plants and looked like it needed a renovation. The inside of the apartment was clearly recently redone. There was no issue checking in and the kitchen was stocked with general cooking supplies (pans, pots, spices, oil). Towels were also supplied. Also, the TVs were ONN smart TVs, so you can watch TV shows or movies whenever you want. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Close to Downtown Erie & Not Far From Presque Isle
We enjoyed our stay overall at this Erie apartment. The location was a good midpoint between downtown and Presque Isle. We were there in the fall when it was colder and rainy, so being closer to downtown was nice. To stay here you must be able to handle somewhat steep steps. The mattress was nice. Apartment temperature was a bit difficult to control. The kitchen was OK, moderately equipped, but fine for a weekend when your plans are to eat out most of the time. We enjoyed having the entire driveway to ourselves. The host was quick to reply to our messages. We would stay here again.

Dirty
The place looked run down, and dirty. There was someone across the street yelling at their baby daddy. The couch had stains all over it, and dead flies on it. The bed was hard as a rock, and only had 2 very flat pillows. There were only 2 mismatched towels. When we got there we just dropped our stuff off and went to dinner. When we came back we grabbed all our things and left and got a hotel, because we couldn't sleep there.
When we got there the place outside was very dirty, garbage bags was everywhere, it was smelling and bugs and flys was also everywhere. And about Inside, the people that was there before their old garbage was still there. The host never replied to us. We came back around midnight and we were locked outside for hours because the code wasn’t working for us to get in. Thankfully the code worked and we were in after 2.5 hours being outside. In short, we will never book this place again and will recommend others to never book this place again.
Unfortunately, my stay was far from what I expected. I never received any communication from the host, despite multiple text messages and phone calls attempting to reach them. When I arrived, I thought my phone number would be the access code, but it didn’t work. I had to make last-minute plans to find somewhere else to stay, which was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this place due to the lack of responsiveness and communication.

Fine for a few day stay
Was difficult to locate address due to overgrowth at front of building. Was easy access due to keyless entry and owner providing number. Room was pleasant but couch was dirty and when we arrived did not find bath towels in apartment. Went to store to purchase them and when we got back the towels were on the bed, but without wash clothes or hand towels (only towels provided were the kind you get in public washrooms and left a roll of paper towels for next occupant). Bathroom would be better with a little update and some sort of place to place toiletries. (was out of hand soap at the sink, also). Was hard to get in/out of driveway (had off street parking) due to neighbors parking at edge of driveway and on the other side of the street. Location was fine for the 2 days we were there, but not for a longer stay.
