This is a perfect, centrally located place to get away and have fun with your family! You're a short drive from beautiful hiking trails, including Fat Man's Loop and Picture Canyon. You're also 5 minutes away from the Aquaplex for swimming fun for the entire family! You're a quick 10 minute drive to the downtown area where you can enjoy the ambiance of Flagstaff at local eateries and shops! Don't miss the First Friday Art walk! Enjoy the peaceful backyard, beautiful mature trees, privacy, large deck, fire pit, grill and hot tub.

My family's stay was fantastic. Home was cozy but still large enough for my family of 5 to be comfortable. The hot tub was great kid's loved it and i loved the large back yard for them. The home had everything yiu could think of that you would need for your stay. We definitely will be booking again in the future.

Great home - very clean, nicely furnished, well-stocked! We loved the spaciousness, number of bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. The hot tub was a big hit too! Nice location in Flagstaff, 12 minutes from downtown, 90 minutes from the GC south rim entrance, and one hour from Sedona. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our family. Clean and enough space for my whole family. The back deck was my favorite part. Drinking coffee in the morning on the deck was my favorite part of our trip.

Nice property, good location

The property was as advertised and well equipped. It is accessible to areas of interest around Flagstaff. We needed the property manager to service the hot tub and they were very prompt.

Beautiful remodeled home in family neighborhood. The owner has put a lot of love and care into every room. I appreciated the cleanliness of all of the spaces, including the hot tub. The owner has a professional service company manage the hot tub and they arrived during my stay and had it sparkling clean. Mini split air conditioning systems have been installed in every room and it was plenty cool during a couple of hot days. I really enjoyed my week long stay and hope to be back soon.

Came to this property to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday and this place exceeded our expectations! It is absolutely lovely, the pictures don’t do it justice, it’s better in person (which never happens- it’s usually the opposite.) Everything about this place was wonderful, and thoughtfully stocked- from floss in the bathrooms to a ton of large plush towels for the hot tub to all the spices you need to cook in the kitchen- executed perfectly! There’s plenty of room for families, it’s just a comfortable, beautiful home. The hot tub was fantastic, we used it every night! We cooked & used the grill with ease. And lastly the location is great too, close to everything. Klaudia was amazing with any info we needed and graciously granted us a later check out so we had more time to clean up & pack up, which was a huge help!! 10/10 stars
