Enjoy the fully loaded kitchen, BBQ, Patio, and SMART TVs. Gorgeous bathrooms, enjoy the newness and goodness. Freshly remodeled right down to the fluffy duvets and luxury soaps. Access the private communal pool and spa with views of the golf course, lake and beyond. Walk to the lake, beach, Rotary Park, Butterfly sanctuary, London Bridge, restaurants, docks, movies, and more. Free secure and gated Auto/Boat/RV parking year-round. Enjoy our (volunteer) hosted community activities and feel confident with our on-site management/security team. A/C, ceiling fans and washer/dryer make this a wonderful place. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
AC Setting: Set the AC to 87F. Media & Lights: Turn off all media, close windows/shades, and switch off
Outdoor Furniture: Cover all outdoor furniture and tie them to the legs. Collapse/tie close umbrellas. This is an HOA law as high winds can cause property + bodily damage. Clean, cover + unplug BBQ.
-Return blankets, pillows, games, and furniture to their original location
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Departure: Take out trash. Do dishes, the big pans too. Housekeeping will unload dishwasher. Set AC to 87 degrees + close drapes Lock doors + windows
Close, cover umbrellas, furniture, BBQ (clean)use tie downs. High winds; furniture could blow away, injure a golfer, and/or get damaged. Bylaw of HOA
No pets, non-smoking facility + grounds, no parties. Please follow the quiet hours from 10:00PM to 9:00am -Nice folks live here year-round.
