We are repeat customers! This was our 2nd stay in this home. It is a perfect spot for a large family with children. Close to a beautiful beach. Had everything we needed including extra beach supplies. We especially liked that two families could separate with the in-law suite. Our host was very responsive if we had questions or needed anything. And there is plenty to do near by on a rainy day!

Our multi-generational family of 12 rented this Biddeford home for a family vacation. The short walk to a relatively private beach was a huge draw and was the best feature of the property. There was ample space and bedrooms and we especially liked the separate living room in a wing over the garage for the adults to gather after the children were in bed, which eliminated disruption to their sleep. The outdoor shower was also a big plus. The house was well equipped with beach towels, paper goods and toys for the beach including a wagon, which came in very handy. There were many activities near the property, We walked the Audubon trail in Biddeford, which was a stunning walk on the ocean, bowled in Biddeford, went to the Arcade at Old Orchard, dined at Joseph's by the Sea and had delicious ice cream at The Saco Scoop.We understand that a large house caters to large groups of people, which means more wear and tear on the property. There were a few areas for improvement for general maintenance and property upkeep and condition of furniture.We did have a great week and would recommend this property.
