Review of our stay

Our stay was very nice. We did not like the parking across the street. We were disappointed in the deal for 1 free golf each day. We stayed 28 days not the 27 to be able to cash in on any of the free golf. Otherwise our stay was nice. I did have to wash one of the bed spreads because of stains that was on it.

It was out dated. Pictures are very deciving. Both toilets consistently stopped up.

The TV in the living room would not turn on or wouldn’t work. The two TVs in the bedrooms were really small and the picture was half the size of the screen. The coffee pot leaked, and the ice machine kept turning off.

Host and condo were wonderful, resort could use some help

Let me first say our host was fantastic, and most of my complaints were because of the time of the year. One morning we waited 45 minutes for an elevator to go down to the beach, we never got to even go to the pools because they were way over crowded with not enough seating for half the people there. You can not put umbrellas or canopies right in front of the resort because that is reserved for umbrellas and chairs you have to rent for 60 a day. This area of beach is so crowded, we left and went down to St Andrews park. I will say I hope this is all due to the time of the year, because other than the over crowded beach and slow elevators we had a fabulous time.

Location was perfect, had plenty of room for family of 6. Check in was smooth and easy process. Elevator's took so long, you have to wait awhile before on opens. We wished the tvs were bigger for the rooms but the overall place was clean. We enjoyed our stay!!

Everything was great till the washer stopped working then I called maintenance the morning after it stopped working at 630am and had to troubleshoot why the washer wasn't working then had to call back because it still wasn't working then had to call back and finally said they would send someone out well they didn't come till after 4 and it can't be fixed.

We're so sorry the washer decided to stop working during your stay, the day before your departure. Please note this washer is less than 2 years old and was running fine before yesterday. There was some back and forth as we wanted to make sure you were using it properly, guests often pack those smaller washers so full that they will not run. You were not in the unit so you had to call us back. I felt like our team was very responsive, sorry you didn't feel that way. I hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay and that you will visit us again.
