Cedar Breaks National Monument is only 38 miles away, while Bryce Canyon is just 90 miles, and the main entrance to Zion is 55 miles. With so much natural beauty at your fingertips, you’ll love coming back to relax here after a day of exploring.

The primary suite features a luxurious king bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a desk for those who need a workspace. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds that can easily be pushed together to form split king beds. Need more space? We’ve got you covered with two self-inflating twin air mattresses, a large sectional sofa, and plenty of bedding. Traveling with little ones? You’ll find a portable crib and bedding in the primary suite closet.

Kick back in the spacious living area with high-speed internet and a large TV, or prepare a meal in the well-stocked kitchen. The two-car garage and keyless entry make coming and going a breeze. Known as the gateway to the great canyons and the proud host of the world-renowned Shakespeare Festival, this charming city has so much to offer. We’re passionate about sharing our love for the area with our guests and are here to help you make the most of your stay—whether that means discovering hidden hiking trails or enjoying a night of world-class theater!
Why they chose this property
We love this new area in Cedar City. it's just around the corner from the historic downtown Cedar City with shopping and restaurants. Located close to everything, yet it's just around the hill, so its peaceful with beautiful scenery in every direction. There's a paved exercise trail right across the street and behind the townhome that goes on for miles. New drop in pickleball courts are 5 minutes away in the lovely new Bicentennial Park. Our favorite new addition is Lake at the Hills. It features fishing, a roped off swimming area, water slide, a sandy beach, restrooms, covered pavilions and is just 2 mile away. Cedar City is cool in the hot summer evenings with beautiful warm summer days.
