We really liked so many things about the residence. Nice neighborhood, conveniently located, very clean with an old fashioned charm. We genuinely were impressed with everything about the place. And Edward was an excellent host to just top it all off!
Edward was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. The house itself was incredibly beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms and beds were kept clean and well decorated and every appliance worked well, my entire family was wowed by the home for our first trip to NOLA. There are tons of shops nearby and so much to do in the city which is a short distance away! I would definitely recommend booking with Edward for your next New Orleans stay!
Excellent communication, and property. This was a very pleasant place to stay. Well decorated, plenty of kitchen utensils, well supplied bathrooms, and surprisingly quiet from street noises. The furnishings are all very comfortable & the back porch is very private and comfortable during the heat of the day with the 2 ceiling fans over the table. Great location, walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, groceries, and public transportation. I would definitely stay there again!!!
We loved everything about this home! The location was outstanding and the home was beautifully decorated. Edward was such a great host and responded promptly. We’re looking forward to booking this home again on our next Nola trip!
Edward was an incredible communicator and we could not have negotiated the Sunday parade without his help and advice. Perfect location for Sunday Toth. Its also ideal location for visiting New Orleans with easy access to some of the best stores and restaurants on Magazine. Highly recommend for your NO visit
Everything was absolutely perfect. The house was clean and well appointed. Very comfy beds and plenty of space. Edward was easy to reach and the check in/out process was a breeze. The location was superior!! Will definitely stay again!! 5 STARS!

The house was fantastic, and so was the neighborhood. Communication was smooth and easy—everything exceeded our expectations. We were in town for Jazz Fest and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.
An Unforgettable Weekend in New Orleans – Absolutely Perfect for Our Family Gathering! We stayed at this stunning 5-bedroom historic home for a weekend family gathering, and it exceeded every single expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible blend of authentic New Orleans historic charm and top-tier luxury amenities. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished with so much character. Having 5 full bedrooms meant everyone in our family had plenty of space and privacy to unwind, while the common areas were perfect for spending quality time together. It truly felt like a private sanctuary.Location-wise, you couldn't ask for a better spot:Incredible Neighborhood: Set in an extremely nice, peaceful, and safe area where we felt completely comfortable walking around at all hours.Super Walkable: We loved being able to step out the front door and easily walk to local dining spots, cafes, and grocery stores. Having essentials so close by made hosting our family effortless.Prime Accessibility: It was an easy, stress-free drive to and from MSY airport, and getting to the French Quarter for sightseeing took no time at all. We enjoyed being close to all the action without the noise and crowd chaos at night. The host was warm, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of for our arrival. If you're planning a family group trip, girls weekend or special gathering in New Orleans, look no further.
We hosted our daughter's wedding at Audubon Clubhouse by Dickie Brennan & Co. on Labor Day weekend. The home is just a few blocks from the park on Magazine Street - the location was perfect. This area of New Orleans is wonderful - shops, restaurants, and other interesting sites are within walking distance - totally different vibe than the French Quarter area. Uptown Blue was a really cool historic home that provided plenty of room for 4 couples and two children. The entire process was smooth from booking to check in to departure - many thanks to the host! One of the service personnel - Marjorie - was particularly accommodating on the date of our departure - thanks Marjorie! Our experience was entirely positive, and we would stay at Uptown Blue on a future trip!

From the time of booking all the way through the entire process of checking out, Jay and his family were extremely nice to work with. They were respectful, clear communication and kept the place in great condition. I would highly recommend them and welcome them back anytime.
Great and safe location… quick drive to Audubon Park or French Quarters. House has old school charm look on the outside and fully modern inside with high ceilings on both floor levels. Large sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Ample space on inside for family. Parking for 2 vehicles on site and ample street parking. 5-10 minute walk to Wholefoods and plenty boutique food spots and stores walking distance as well. Love this place… and would definitely come back for large family gathering again
