This recently constructed studio apartment attached to the back of the main house features a new queen size murphy bed, kitchenette and a full bathroom. Apartment features include, a constant hot water heater, forced air heating and air conditioning, dual pane windows, noise reducing insulation. The kitchenette features a small gas stove top, refrigerator, and microwave.

Casita Granda is 100 yards from second street. We designed the apartment to be classically styled after the 1920's art deco period, matching the majority of homes in the area. It's quiet and comfortable.
