Casa Suenos is a charming finca style holiday villa for up to 8 people and an infant. in the much sort after area of Montemar with the added benefit of having a separate ground floor apartment for friends or larger families, with Mediterranean gardens with secluded private swimming pool with bbq area patio and open naya for that all important alfresco dining.
The villa has unlimited wifi.
Perfect for enjoying lazy days by the pool or from the open naya you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down over the valley. The towns of Moraira and Calpe are only a short drive away with the fascinating old quarter of Benissa boasting meandering streets and historic buildings with an array of restaurants and bars,so whatever your taste be it Golf, water sports, hiking, cycling, sandy beaches or just a good family holiday there is something for everyone.


The villa consists of-: The main villa has 3 bedrooms 1 king size with en suite bathroom with shower over the bath ,WC and sink,1 double and a twin room with 2 single beds,living/dining room with open wood burner TV,DVD, and mini hifi, kitchen with cooker and hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and a family shower room with WC and sink.
Ground floor apartment-1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower over bath,WC sink with washing machine,living area and kitchen with hob kettle coffee machine toaster.
PLEASE NOTE THE POOL IS NOT HEATED DURING JULY & AUGUST

Zona de calas preciosas

La villa es preciosa y grande hemos estado muy cómodos. La atención y comunicación con los dueños fue estupenda. Nos solucionaron muy rápido unos contratiempos que hubieron con la limpieza y por la pérdida de tiempo que tuvimos a la entrada nos recompensaron quedándonos unas cuantas horas más el sábado que teníamos que salir. Lo único malo que justo en frente hay unos vecinos algo pesados que no quieren que disfruten la gente de sus vacaciones y la empresa de limpieza no limpiaron muy bien solo limpiaron por encima y la cocina y la nevera olían súper súper mal y no limpiaron la cocina estaba toda pegajosa. La zona de Benissa y alrededores es preciosa nos hubiera encantado conocer mucho más. Y

Tres belle maison avec de superbes exterieurs (multiples coins detente). Les proprietaires sont tres accueillant et aux petits soins. Seuls bemols manque une clim en bas et la terrasse est un peu juste pour 9. Sinon super sejour a benissa montemar!!!!!!

Des vacances formidables dans cette jolie villa. L'accueil était parfait malgré notre arrivée plus tôt que prévue. Merci encore pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée (charcuterie, vin, croissants.....) Maison très propre dans un quartier très calme. Region magnifique. Propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous recommandons fortement cette location et nous y retournerons certainement lors de notre prochain séjour en espagne

séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la casa suenos. La finca est propre et bien équipée , une piscine bien entretenue , le seul bémol cette année était l'invasion de moustiques. Trés belle région près de Calpe et de ses environs. Nous tenons à remercier Vera Fox pour l'accueil et l'hospitalité, nous recommandons fortement cette villa.

Séjour agréable !!

Situé dans un lotissement très calme et vraiment joli situé à 2 min de Moraira. Il y a tous les commerces à proximité ainsi que divers restaurants .La maison est sympa et très propre elle dispose d'une belle piscine très bien entretenue. Il n'y a pas la climatisation mais toutes les pièces sont équipées de ventilateurs. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour de plus les propriétaires sont vraiment sympa. Je conseille vivement cette location .

Super séjour et endroit calme

C'est avec un an de retard que je rédige cette appréciation. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, cette villa est très agréable et l'endroit calme et ensoleillé, idéale pour une détente en famille. Les plages se situent quelques minutes en voiture. Je tiens également à remercier le propriétaire pour la sympathique petite attention qu'il nous a accordé lors notre arrivée, boissons fraîches, œufs etc... Bref que du bonheur.

nous avons passés un agréable séjour, dépaysement total avec ces palmiers.Belle maison,bien entretenue.de bons souvenirs en famille 7personnes Plage à 5' en voiture 30' de Benidorme,1h d'Alicante paysage très escarpé. Very relaxing and quite.

The villa is comfortable and clean. It’s in a quiet location and in my opinion a car is essential. The pool is ideal for kids to learn to swim as there are full width steps at the shallow end The town of Montemar and the whole immediate area is great. We have stayed at this villa twice in 2011, once in June and again in October. We have really enjoyed staying here and exploring this area of Spain and will most likely be back in 2012. Excellent communication and advice from the owner, who is always willing to help
