Modern Seaview Villa With Infinity-Pool

This newly renovated villa on the hill is a great holiday destination which caters many needs. Located in a quiet village only 7 minutes by car from Palamós, our guests can enjoy the calm surrounding of the villa or quickly access the nearby beach, the urban life of the close cities. Lounging at the pool with a spectacular view to the sea is just as nice as enjoying the modern fully equipped house. Check out the videos at manukimas. es

Why we chose Palamos

The property has been in the family since it was built in 1972. After 40+ years we figured it would be time for a substantial upgrade and also renters wishes changed over time. So we decided for a full re-modeling of the villa during the year 2015 which includes everything from insulation modernization to floorplan-changes and addition of a private pool. Since 2016 this "brand new" stunning villa is be more comfortable than ever for even nicer vacations than the ones we had already.

What makes this villa unique?

There is something for everybody here. Obviously in the summer there is the pool, the cozy beaches, at times the rough coast and everything you can imagine in terms of summer activities. Off season the weather is mostly very nice and walking, cycling and a cultural program make it worthwhile to go visit. In addition to what the region has to offer, the Manuki+ villa was designed with care to detail and with much love as a beautiful vacation home.

Tolles Haus für Ferien mit der Familie

Hier versprechen die Bilder einmal nicht zuviel, sondern eher noch zuwenig - wirklich schön in jeder Hinsicht! Auch die Umgebung ist wirklich schön, viel zu sehen und die Gastgeber stellen bei Ankunft jede Menge tolle Tipps zu Restaurants, Unternehmungen, Stränden, Einkäufen etc. zur Verfügung - alles in allem das Rundum Sorglos Paket!

Una estada increïble!! Varem estar els dies de Sant Joan a la casa amb un grup d'amics, on varem poder desconnectar i gaudir d'uns dies genials. La zona exterior amb la piscina, les vistes del mar i una bona barbacoa, molt recomanables! Les habitacions amb bany individual i vistes espectaculars i, una gran zona de menjador i cuina ideal per a grupets! Els propietaris molt amables i atents!!! Cam quedar encantats i amb moltes ganes de repetir!!!

Perfect stay - no more to say

We spent a week at the property in Spring 2016 and had the most comfortable stay. The house itself has just been exquisitely remodeled with lots of attention to detail by the owner and a very tasteful interior. Kitchen and baths are superb and we really felt like in a private place, not a vacation home. This is what makes the difference about this place. We have rented many houses before and none was as comfortably and really "homey" as this one. The kids enjoyed the pool and the close-by beach of "Platja Castell", a nature reserve gem, which is funded by the moderately priced paid parking. The place is set on a quiet hill with supermarkets, bakery etc. nearby. Since the house was brand new remodeled there is nothing I can think if that would be reason for criticism. Communication with the landlord is easy and all was handled correct and easy. The area around Palamós, Begur and Palafrugell is very nice for cycling, windsurfing, sailing and general beach vacation. Lots of small cove-style beaches to try out and a trip to Gerona (30 mins) or Barcelona (90 mins) can bring the City-Vibe if you miss it after too much sun and beach. Nice shopping to be found in Palamos And Platja d'Aro. One final tip if you rent the house: Make sure to shop for a romantic dinner and eat it in the evening by the colorful illuminated pool with the great panorama. Maybe add some music and there you have your unforgettable moment ;-)

Great place to get away and concentrate on things

We rented the villa for a couple days to do a brainstorming session for a future business venture. It has a great setup with the sleeping quarters downstairs and the daily life going on upstairs. the location is nicely secluded on a hill with great views to the sea. The sun is nice and comforting on the terrace all day and we really got some good inspirations during our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped but make sure to bring your own Nespresso capsules as they are hard to come by in the area. We give our thumbs up!
