We had a wonderful relaxing time. It was so nice a quiet there. The hot tub was wonderful and we loved the swing on the porch! We will definitely be coming again when we visit family
It was a pleasure to enjoy all that this property offered! We enjoyed the tranquility so much that we didn’t want to leave (even for Dollywood!)It was the perfect space for two teens, excellent WiFi, but we enjoyed the animals next door, smores, and the hot tub. The kitchen was perfect and had everything I needed to cook breakfast. We will definitely be backThank you, Amy, for sharing your home with us!
Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The gost was absolutely awesome, easily reachable and quick to answer any questions or give suggestions when we asked.
The cabin wasn't too far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There were no ridiculous inclines to reach it. The kids enjoyed the animals. It was a great get away!
We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and decided to make it as much of a vacay as we could. The cabin is absolutely beautiful! Everything was very clean! We all loved the goats and all the animals close by. It peaceful and secluded, but not too far from town. We would definitely return!
This is a fabulous cabin that is clean and has such nice amenities! Host was very responsive to any questions I had. Communication was great. The cabin is a little bit out of the busyness of Gatlinburg but that is what we wanted. Stayed for a weekend wedding and could have easily stayed longer just to relax in the cabin! Good water pressure, hot water and towels provided. Many games to hang out and enjoy. Easy to find and great directions to get to the Bamboo Hideaway!
We loved our stay at this cabin and would absolutely stay again! Cabin was spotless! Very comfortable, plenty of room for our family. We loved the visiting the farm animals and relaxing in the hot tub. Very quiet, away from all the traffic of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but an easy drive to all the sights and activities.

Thank you! I hope uou have the opportunity to visit again!
Beautiful cabin! There is a fantastic view of the creek and much space for the family to play. They enjoyed watching the goats and horses next door. The Loft was a great area to place the younger members of our group. The Wi-Fi, which is a must of course, kept them in touch with their friends
Property was immaculate. Host was super responsive and accommodating. House was bigger than expected. Plenty to do right at the property, but short drive to touristy areas and national parks.
Just enjoyed a week at this beautiful cabin. Truly looks and feels just like all the photos. It has everything one would need to relax, cook, and enjoy family time and the local area. It felt like being home. Thank you Amy

Quiet and Nice Cabin by Farm Animals
It is a little away from everything, literally 42 minutes to anything. But, that being said it was an AWESOME cabin. My daughter, 8 years old, loved feeding the neighboring animals with that supplied feeder which was FREE, did not have to put quarters in it at all. Was super quiet and great to spend time out by the fire pit with family and friends. If you are going to spend time with family and not go out and about, I highly recommend this cabin.
This cute cabin was perfect for our family! It was clean, quiet and cozy and had something for everyone! My husband with limited mobility was able to enjoy the main level without worrying about stairs and my grandson loved the loft area with games and an ample sleeping/living space. The 2 large living rooms and bedrooms were perfect for the adults in our group. We also loved the hot tub, fire pit and the animals! You could make your stay at the cabin your whole vacation. We didn’t want to leave. Very nice and responsive host!! We’ll go back for sure!!
Beautiful house. My kid enjoyed by petting and feeding the animals. We enjoyed staying in the house. Only one thing that we didn’t like is beds. We are 3 (Husband, wife and 2.5 yr old boy) and couldn’t fit in the queen bed. I have to sleep in a separate single bed and the mattress was not comfortable. Overall good stay.
We had a great time at the cabin. My kids really love, feeding the barn animals. It was convenient and close to downtown Gatlinburg. There are some food city right down the road convenient for your grocery needs. The cabin is very friendly to the handicap. It has a ramp and the bathroom and the Masters is set up for handicap needs.
I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The location is perfect, close enough to town but it so close you see the crowds. You get the feeling of being away from it all. The animals next door were a highlight for my teen daughter. She enjoyed feeding the goats and chickens each day. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, soaked in the hot tub each day. The home is well appointed, spacious, and well equipped. We were able to retreat to separate sitting areas, enjoy quiet time away from one another, but also enjoy dinner at the beautiful dining table. This home has everything you need or even want. The owner was very helpful and communicative, and we had absolutely no difficulty finding the cabin and we did not have a single issue the entire stay. We will definitely come back on our next trip to the area.
We have stayed at several different cabins around the Gatlinburg area & this was by far our favorite! The location was great, just a short drive to all the touristy things but far enough away to be away from the hustle & bustle. The cabin was very large & very clean. The best part was the animals that you can feed! Our whole family really enjoyed that! But there’s also a lot of nice amenities that were all in working order & easy to use (indoor fireplace, outdoor hot tub, outdoor fire ring, grill, cornhole, etc) So much to do! But also so peaceful. The host is also super nice & very quick to respond. Great communication & easy check in check out. We will definitely be back!

Thank you so much! We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!
We were looking for a weekend stay. We are a family of 6 and we came across this cute cabin. The cabin was well set up and stocked so well. It had all the amenities for your stay and there was enough space for everyone. They have a cute little cot for our 7 year old. The kids had their hangout up in the loft. The cabin was beautiful inside and out. The cabin was very clean. It had two nice fireplaces that were cozy for in the mornings. It was about 42 minutes from Dollywood. we took a back road and it spit us out right at the Dollywood main entrance. That was good for us because we didn’t have to fight any traffic. The animals were very welcoming and we got to see their guest pig. The kids enjoyed feeding the animals as much as the animals enjoyed eating it. We would definitely book here again. We wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the cabin a little longer. Next time! Highly recommend!

About the host
Hosted by Amy Ogle
I’ve lived in the Smoky Mountains for 37 years and I Love it here!! I truly enjoy taking a Sunday ride through the National Park and spending time with my husband, kids and grandbabies! My goal is to provide a beautiful place that feels like home for our guests.
Why they chose this property
The cabin is located next door to where we live. We have very friendly neighbors that you may see out taking a walk or cooling their feet in the creek. The cabin is located about 20 /25 minutes from Gatlinburg and 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge.
What makes this property unique
The cabin sits on 3 acres of land with a fenced in area next door where we have our miniature farm animals. Feel free to pet them or give them a treat or two. Please don’t go in the fenced in area. There’s also a creek that runs in front of the cabin. You may see turtles, snakes, salamanders, crawdads and other creatures swimming in the water. On occasion you can see a crane searching for breakfast!
