Property was misrepresented. Was supposed to be 2 bedroom 2 bath handicapped accessible with ramp. They assigned us a one room 2 bed no ramp not handicapped accessible. We called after arrival then the host did not respond to 2 phone calls and a text message. When they finally got back to us they said they were sorry they assigned the wrong cabin to us. I asked for full refund called VRBO and asked for help with this. Now Verbo wants us to fight for our refund instead of just taking care of it.

We had previously stayed at this property when Mark was managing. New management was more difficult to contact and it was a little disappointing to see that the angel garden has been removed. Overall, our stay was fine.

Hi Sheila, I'm sorry you felt we didn't communicate well during your visit. while I do not live on-site like Mark did I try my hardest to provide timely communications. We also wish the angel garden was still there, however it was unfortunately sold off before we purchased the property... we would have loved to have all the previous statues.
