Our well-equipped 1,200 square feet condo is the perfect Breckenridge getaway! It is a quick 5 minute walk to Peak 9 Quicksilver Chair and Maggie Pond, and a 5 minute walk to town. Walk home for lunch and skip the $50 lunch on the mountain. And the free shuttle stops right outside the complex!

* 2nd bedroom has a full size bunkbed with a pull out twin size trundle bed, a 40" HD Smart TV with DVD player, and a Wii console and games - perfect for kids!

Worked perfectly for us!

Ability to walk to lifts or hop on bus was key to deciding on our location. Bus stop right across road. Walking in boots and carrying skis to lift was easier for younger members but not bad and a couple days we checked our skis vs carrying which worked well.

Greg’s condo is perfect - adorably decorated for the holiday season and super close to the lifts at peak 9 - we easily walked there. The hot tub was an added bonus and the beds were super comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great as well. Our family of 4 had a blast!

We loved our time at Warriors Mark. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this was one of the most well stocked condos we have visited. The layout worked well for our family of 5. Close to town and skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

After looking at many properties, we choose this condo for it's great location to the Peak 9 ski lift and town. When we stay at our condo, we park the car and walk to everything!

What makes this property unique

Ground level entry - one half flight of stairs up to living room, dining room, & kitchen; one half flight of stairs down to bedrooms. Very quiet end unit. Lives and feels like a townhome.
