This location was perfect for our extended family to visit my son who goes to school at Anshutz. We stayed for 4 nights and it was incredibly comfortable and exactly what we needed, except for the dishwasher not working, so that was an inconvenience. The host apologized for this and sent the maintenance man, but he was unable to fix it while we were there. The beds were comfortable and clean. We wished there would have been more seating in the living room, but we made it work. The downstairs area was big enough, but not a convenient place for all of us to hang out. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Aurora, Denver and Boulder. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we loved seeing all the people walking by with their dogs. Communication with the host was prompt and we were very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay in Denver! We were walkable to family we were in town visiting in their wonderful neighborhood. The house was very comfortable for us, our 2 toddlers and grandparents. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds, linens and the kitchen was well equipped (although we weren't doing much cooking, we easily could have). The living room spaces were also great to hang out in. We had a great stay and would happily return next time we visit our family in the neighborhood. Parking was also very easy right in front of the house.
This home was located in a very convenient area. The amenities were spot on. Size of the house was perfect for our needs. The living areas were very useful and entertaining. It was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely book here again.

We traveled from San Antonio, TX to visit our son who is in school in Co. After a very long drive, delayed by bad weather, this was the perfect sanctuary for our family to relax in. Perfect neighborhood. Easy to get to downtown. Parking was excellent. Beautiful and spacious home. Great option if you are looking for space to stretch out in while having a luxury setting.
Very comfortable stay! Plenty of room for our party of six. The neighborhood is is nice and quiet and had zero safety concerns. It was a perfect location as it was a 15-20 minute drive fromeverywhere we went. Beds were comfortable. One suggestion would be room darkening shades for the upstairs bedrooms-all the rooms were very bright at 515am. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and would stay again!
Spacious home with a well stocked kitchen, except for items for food storage. Beds were comfortable. Located in nice residential neighborhood. Needs some TLC; carpets are stained and walls have marks, lightbulbs are very dim and some are burnt out. Terrible water pressure in master shower, had to get into the tub to wash my hair. Extra towels for longer stays would have been very welcome and there is no BBQ grill. Otherwise this home suited our needs adequately.
