Fishing trip.

Property was perfect for a few of us on a fishing trip. Easy to get to St. John’s yacht harbor marina. Plenty of grocery stores and ice close by. Would stay here again when we come back.

Quiet home away from home

We had a short but great visit in James Island. The house was clean and in a very nice residential neighborhood that was pretty central and just minutes drive to most stores and beaches. The hospitality group stayed in touch frequently and also sent extensive lists and directions to local sightseeing, restaurants, and groceries. Overall was a very nice stay.

We loved this house! It was incredibly clean, the furnishings were pretty and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were perfect for a good nights sleep. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised. The outdoor area was fantastic. We started the day with coffee on the patio and ended the day around the fire pit. The location is amazing! You are just a few minutes from everything. Our host Judy was so nice and easy to work with. She quickly responded to any question I had. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great location to folly beach and downtown charleston which is what we were looking for. Home could have been much cleaner, the rugs were filthy. There was dust under the furniture and on the AC intake. The backyard was not maintained well, definitely did not match the photos. Everything was overgrown and it was not appealing. The kitchen tile was cracked and broken, it was covered with a rug.

This didn’t end up being a great fit for a family of 5. We should have been more diligent in reading the listing, but one shower for 5 people wasn’t appropriate. The bathroom doors didn’t have locks, one bathroom didn’t have a fan, and there was no available washer and dryer, which we assumed there would be.
