Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Each bed stripped of the used sheets and pillowcases must be placed in its used pillowcases and put outside on the deck for pick up. LEAVE ALL pillows, mattress covers, & quilts on beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Standard rental contract will be emailed after booking. Groups under 25 years old are required to pay an additional security deposit

This property is in a GREAT location with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and so many restaurants, shops, and activities. It's also only a 5 minute drive to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Everything was clean and the outdoor space helped add room for our family to spread out when we needed more space. Overall, the place is minimalist, but well kept and clean!

The Property Manager is awesome. Very available for questions. She gave us some great advice on additional parking which was a god send. I left a pillow after we checked out and she offered to ship it back for us. The location is the best we've had staying in Dewey Beach, just STEPS from the Starboard!!! If you're coming to Dewey and need a quaint little place to stay, this is it!!!

The location was great and quiet even though the house is in the heart of Dewey Beach. House was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was hot and powerful. Can't ask for much more from a beach town bungalo.

Great location, very small

You cannot beat the location but the house is very small. The queen listed is a pull out couch the blocks the door from opening all of the way. The outside was very messy and there were several chairs that the arms were broken.

The LR couch is kinda scary; old, indeterminate cleanliness. Asa visiting nurse, I was hesitant to sit on it. Bunk next to living room had disintegrating strapping hanging down n posts not fully inserted into top bunk. Huge pop out in ceiling made sleeping there dangerous as head clearance on inches. Mattresses very uncomfortable n old. Nice cotton sheets.Lots of heavy, large furniture taking up very limited space. Definitely need tons more hooks about the space for towels n maybe a fold out drying rack as no washer/dryer. Area rugs looked really dirty. Outside shared area large with lots of furniture. Walk to beach easy .

Close to everything

Property is right in heart of Dewey. Easy walk to everything. 1.5 blocks to beach. Property is set up like a studio but areas are separated enough that sleeping arent on top of each other. Nothing fancy but has everything. Eating area inside is limited. But there is a table outside you could use. Overall good value.

Very unsatisfied with this rental

Unfortunately our stay was awful. Upon check-in, there was an immediate unpleasant odor. I contacted the owner and she came over and brought a candle. She also said they just had painted the concrete floor and it could be a smell from that. After our first night there, my kids and I were starting to feel ill and contract terrible migraines. We then discovered mold on the ceiling. I sent a picture and again contacted the owner, and she responded that she was in the hospital with chest pains and would get back to me at another time. We had to vacate the property a day early as we were too sick to stay and continue to breathe in the fumes. What a scary and horrible experience this was. Someone else was checking in a day after us and I'm sure the mold or odor issue was not yet handled or disclosed.

Just needed a place to rest our heads. The only thing I wish is that there was a ladder to the second bunk - it’s a bit steep but nothing we couldn’t navigate.

Great Location

Just the right amount of space for us and our 2 small dogs located on a quiet block just a few minutes away from the beach access. Super close to the Starboard so we could enjoy some drinks and stroll back. I did notice and appreciate the nice quality bedding.

Perfect for a beach rental

Had a great experience renting this and another property from Maria for a large group. Location is great, close to a ton of bars and restaurants and the beach access is only a short 4 minute walk. This rental is the bottom unit and is fairly bare bones on the inside but there’s access to a shared courtyard with a grill. With the proximity to the beach and bars, if you’re looking for a place to shower, change and sleep, this is perfect for that purpose. Maria was also very helpful with coordinating all my questions which arose when booking two properties at once.

Great location! Walking distance to everything Dewey has to offer. Easy walking access to the beach as well. Maria was great and super helpful as we prepped for and during our stay.

The house was clean and exactly as described (very small but great location!) and Maria made everything easy, as she was very responsive, kind, and sent us all details we would need well ahead of time. No complaints at all, we had a great trip.

Poor experience

This property is in poor shape. Old, spiders, slugs on floor, cobwebs in bathroom, smells and no heat- to many beds crammed in to a small space. Dining table and refrigerator in bed room. Queen bed advertised but did not mention it is a sofa sleeper(not in good shape) and when it was pulled out in Living room it blocks the only door to apartment. Safety Hazard. Doesn't look like pictures. Very noisy neighborhood. It was cold and there was no heat. Parking also very tight. Would not recommend this to anyone. Very disappointed!
