Just five minutes from downtown, it is located on the airport road with a view of the Cancun skyline on one side and the majestic beauty of the open Caribbean on the other. There is access to the beach via the stairs along the cliff area on the north side of the patio.

The round table in the dining room separates the sunken living room with TV (w/cable) from the well-equipped kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room and the master bedroom to the patio. Adirondack chairs provide comfortable seating for enjoying morning coffee, or afternoon cocktails, while watching the waves. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, A/C, and a full bathroom. There is a cutout in the shower, so while bathing, you can still enjoy a view of the sea. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, A/C, and a full bathroom.


The Lower villa is ground level with a patio.
