A good place to stay for access to the Convention center. Easy walk to the convention. Lots of space and fun for the kids. A bit noisy and bright at night but overall a good stay. Christopher and his team are very communicative and accommodating!

Beautiful Condo. Great location downtown. In town for a Volleyball tournament at the convention center. Perfect location to walk to convention center. It is downtown with lots of homeless people in the area but we had no problems at all. Easy check-in and host was very responsive to questions.

Great place to stay downtown!

Overall we had a great stay. You can definitely tell a lot of people smoke in the building. The hallways weren't pleasant smelling but the apartment itself was good. The beds were good and there was plenty of room for our other friends that came to join in the fun. Had a wonderful stay and visit to the State Fair and Majestic Theater. Definitely would recommend this place if you need to stay downtown. Super early to Uber to and from and valet parking was nice as well. Thanks for hosting us.

Very cool place

This property is super cool. Right in the heart of downtown Dallas and near everything. Quick Ubers to anywhere you need to go, and the valet can have your vehicle ready at the drop of a hat. The rooms are nice and roomy, tall ceilings, with a very art studio kind of vibe to it. The inside is furnished perfectly for a group, the doors and walls are thick so you have privacy in every room, and TVs everywhere for entertainment. Kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfy, and the air circulates nicely. Tips: bring your own fire stick or Apple TV if you need to entertain kids, yourself, or have some sports you need to watch. One of the bedroom TVs is locked down with an Amazon code so you can’t download any apps. Remember, you’re DOWNTOWN. If you can’t handle the culture of a downtown area then don’t complain about it. Keep your eyes open at night if you’re walking around. It’s not dangerous imo at all. Just be smart. If you checkout on a Sunday, do it early. The elevators can be a pain with everyone leaving, especially if one is out of service. It took us 40 min to catch an open elevator.
