We recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, our experience did not match the premium price we paid.Upon arrival, we found the side door unlocked and the front door would not lock at all. This meant we had to spend the first night in the home without being able to secure it, which was very concerning. A handyman was sent the next day and did resolve the issue, but we had to wait at the house, which took away from our limited time at RT.The listing indicated there was a coffee maker, so we brought coffee & filters. However, the home only had a Nespresso machine and no pods were provided, leaving us without coffee for our entire stay. Cleanliness and basic amenities were also below expectations. There was a red sticky substance (possibly spilled wine) visible on the floors from the kitchen to the front door, which made the space feel unclean. One bed was missing a fitted sheet. The hall bathroom didn't have a trash can, and neither bathroom had towel racks, which made it difficult to use the space comfortably. I want to note that I have never left a negative review, and I understand that no property is perfect. However, given the high price point of this rental, we expected a much higher level of attention to detail, cleanliness, safety and basic functionality.I have stayed in some very modest homes in RT, but they were priced accordingly and did not present these types of issues. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations for the cost
