This beautiful 2 story cabin is right on t he river in strawberry at an elevation of 5600ft, you can see the river and hear the river from every room. The deck is wonderful, what a view, listen to the water the wildlife and enjoy the beauty of the Sierra's. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath, sleeps 8 with sofa in living room, all new, high ceilings, knotty pine interior, huge fireplace, wood provided, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, washer, dryer, dishwasher, deck, BBQ, patio furniture. Driveway is a long gravel road, drive slowly please!

CLEANING:
We have always and will continue to use clorox, lysol cleaners, disinfectant sprays, and laundry sanitizer, vinegar, bleach as appropriate for each surface type. Our crews wear protective masks and. We have always taken great care to protect our guests!

We have smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire extinguishers.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* We provide cleaning service after your departure for a fee so you do not have to clean on your vacation. You should leave it tidy, rinsed dishes go into dishwasher so there's no ants etc. Cabins blankets and towels stay at the cabin. The crew does the rest.
We follow covid protocols and procedures, per vrbo listing information for California no contact entry.

* Our cabin sleeps up to 8 and provides great lodging for family vacations. .
* Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking.
We have smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire extinguishers.
* Be aware in the mountains, weather can interupt power, and cell coverage. Be prepred by using the House rules, descriptions and instructions in this listing and rental agreement. We want everyone to be safe.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Departure day, Collect the used towels into the tub. Rinse dishes and load, contractor will run dishwasher.

Leave the cabin tidy inside and out. Clean up any food messes to prevent pests or wildlife incidents. Follow trash instructions provided in arrival and departure instructions prior to arrival.

Leave beds and bedding for the contractor, please no bedding on the floor.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please remember to bring toiletries, hand/laundry soaps. flash lights, no flushing objects, wipes, diapers. Drive slow driveway is gravel.

Please bring your trash bags, for kitchen and baths to collect and put in outside cans. If yu need special cook/bakeware ie crockpot bring with you.

Please do not bring glitter, markers, paints, glue, confetti, fireworks. No outdoor burning allowed, bbq only. Do not put wood in bbq.

It has been a pleasure to serve thousands of guests over the years. We do our very best to make each stay a great experience. The crew works exceptionally hard to keep everything going!
