Fully renovated condo with travertine floors, stainless steel appliances, new kitchen and new air conditioner. Unit is located on ground level steps from the beach and pool. No elevators needed and parking on the same level. Most furnishings are from Pottery Barn..Master bedroom has a queen bed and second guest room sleeps 4. All rooms have TV's and DVR and cable. The building allows pets up to 25 pounds.
