Communication was great with host. House is beautiful, lake views amazing. Was there for Oswego State graduation, very close to school. Highly recommend for parents weekend and other school events!

The Ontario lake house in Oswego was well stocked, large and met our expectations. The fenced yard was nice. If you have a small dog, the dog can go under the deck so we kept ours on a leash. The views of the lake & sunsets were amazing. In order to access the lake, you need to walk on a long path through the woods. We did not attempt to carry a kayak or canoe through the path. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Just a note about the dog being able to go under the deck, I just want to point out that the deck is connected to the house, so it's not an escape route, just a hiding spot. My dogs like to lay under the edge of it in the shade... but I totally understand your concern. Welcome back anytime.

Great choice on the lake . the House was very private, plenty of room excellent location 3 miles to town if that. fully stocked .plenty of parking .immediate communication if needed . hope to rent again next spring .thanks for an enjoyable visit with friends and family

Excellent Stay

We met up with some friends and their kids and had a great stay. The house is set up as to have a "kids wing" which suited us all very well. We would love to come back again.

Wonderful location and exceptional views of Lake Ontario. Secluded spot yet close enough to the city of Oswego for other activities or supplies. The home was very clean and well kept. The owner was readily accessible at all times and very good to deal with.

Perfect location

Wonderful house and location. One of the cleanest places we've ever rented. The owner was VERY communicative and available, as were the caretakers just a few doors down. We will definitely come back!

Relaxation and Beautiful Sunsets

The weather didn’t cooperate with us every day but still a great get away. We had some great sunsets and a couple evening fires. An excellent location on the outskirts of town but close to everything needed.

Our family enjoyed our time at the lake from breakfast on the deck to gorgeous sunsets and campfire at night very peaceful, clean and well taken care of property. We couldn’t get on the beach there as to many branches blocked it but the path down was neat

Thank you so much Billie for this great review- Are you saying there was a TREE that fell that blocked you from accessing the Beach? I so wish you would have told me that and I could have had someone get there and clean it up ASAP... I live 3.5 hours from the house so I do not "see" everything right away, but I do have property managers that live on the street and they let me know right away when they are aware of something-. I could have definitely had that taken care of right away for you and your family- I have a lawn person who also cares for the walking path to the Lake, I will need to investigate this right away... Sorry that was an issue for you. I so wish you told me sooner- I will look into that immediately and get it taken care of right away so our next renter does not have the same problem... I am happy you enjoyed your stay overall and I welcome you back anytime. Thank you!!!!

2024 solar eclipse at the Lake House

Beautiful property with everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The owner and property managers were very responsive when unexpected circumstances occurred. Fabulous location exquisite sunsets. Definitely a perfect place to visit again.
