O lugar é demais. Fomos muito bem recebidos, a casa estava super limpa e o espaço é incrível. Muito verde, muita natureza e silêncio. Um sítio na praia. O Alex foi muito solicito e nos deu ótimas dicas que fizeram toda a diferença. Foi difícil ir embora desse paraíso. Não só recomendamos, como queremos voltar.

Não só com a hospitalidade e limpeza da casa, mas com o lugar - que é no meio da natureza, com muito verde, silêncio e tranquilidade. Traquilidade e natureza? Essa é a casa!

Passarmos o réveillon 2017/2018. Foi ótimo! A casa é limpa, organizada, equipada com tudo que você precisa. A disposição dos cômodos facilita para que todos tenham privacidade e tranquilidade. O terreno é enorme e a área verde da casa além de linda, faz com que crianças e/ou com pet aproveitem muito! A ida até a praia deve ser feita de carro. Nós que estamos acostumados a andar bastante, tentamos ir a pé e não uma experiência não foi das melhores, mas com as orientações do Alex ficou fácil encontrar vaga para parar o carro e de lambuja ainda tínhamos o apoio do quiosque que ele frequenta. A negociação com o Alex foi muito tranquila e transparente, e ele deu um suporte que o que nos fez aproveitar bastante e deixou muito confortáveis.

Alugamos para passar o reveillon e foi MARAVILHOSO. A casa é super bem cuidada, limpa e bem equipada, inclusive com ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. O terreno é enorme, cheio de árvores, um gramado delicioso onde meus filhos brincaram bastante. Vimos tucanos e muitos outros pássaros no jardim. A piscina é perfeita. Também fomos recepcionados pela Neide e Valdir, caseiros da casa, que foi excelente porque nos deu muita tranquillidade. A negociação com o proprietário Alex foi transparente e tranquila. Voltaremos com certeza!!! Muito obrigada!!!!!!

Maresias Cinco Estrelas!

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo proprietário. A casa é fantástica. O terreno é bem grande, com muita mata atlântica, sendo possível ver muitos pássaros e tucanos. Ótima piscina, churrasqueira e descanso nas redes embaixo dos enormes coqueiros. Cozinha muito bem equipada, ar condicionado e ventiladores em todos os cômodos, limpeza impecável. O proprietário foi muito correto na negociação. Voltaremos com certeza. Recomendo.
