Great stay during the Space Symposium — the house was clean, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and holding meetings. The owner was friendly and easy to deal with, and the location near the Broadmoor made everything very convenient.

The location and the host for the VRBO space was great! We were attending a conference at the Broadmoor and it was the cleanest, best presenting and closest to the conference that we have ever been. If we needed more meeting space, the house would have been great for client meetings. It was very welcoming and worked well for our needs. Well done!

Great Spot, Great House

We stayed here for the 2025 Space Symposium, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was perfect for meetings with other companies, and for my company to spend evenings together. Location is impossible to beat with how close it is to everything. The house is a 2-minute walk to and from the Broadmoor. The owner is very communicative and does everything possible to make the trip as accommodating as possible. Could not recommend the house, or the owner, enough. The easiest 5 star review I have every made.
