Location, location, location!

Really, there is more to say than just the location, but it is convenient to stores, beach, and more. The unit was spacious, the kitchen has everything, and the complex amenities were incredible. The host was very accommodating to our needs and was very responsive. I will definitely think again about staying here.

Great condo & location

This condo is very spacious and has the best sleeping options for families that I’ve seen in this complex. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Linens and towels were of good quality and comfortable. The beach location is fantastic for sunset and Kihei amenities. This unit has everything one needs in the kitchen and for the beach. The property manager conveyed hospitality maintained excellent communication throughout the stay.

Best location on Maui

I love the Kamaole Sands condos for its proximity to my 10 best beaches, great variety of restaurants, and nice calm/relaxed town of Kihei. The huge grounds of the Kamaole Sands are well maintained and pool/spa perfect for families. Over the years I have stayed in over 25 different Kam Sands units and this unit 8-201 is by far the best i’ve had. I loved the two bedrooms on one level with three beds plus both the Murphy bed iand pull out coach in the living room, total of 5 beds. Especially great is the built in AC in each room. The unit is stocked with everything you need. I always order my groceries from Safeway and have it delivered to the unit saving much time and energy for chilling out. I am positive you will love this condo unit and the Kamaole Sands as much as I do.

This complex is directly across the street from Kamaole Beach 3 so you'll have your toes in the sand in less than 5 minutes from closing your door!

It's also a short walking distance from some excellent dining and shopping options. Located in the heart of Kihei, you're 5 minutes from Wailea and 25 minutes from the Maui airport.

The condo is walkable to restaurants, shopping, coffee, and beaches in Kihei.

A rental car is suggested but Ubers and ridesharing is available on island.
