About this property

Cozy & quiet 1 Bedroom apartment with pool table and big screen TV.

We offer a king size bed, full kitchen including air fryer, coffee pots and toaster oven. There is a full bath, washer and dryer, large living room that includes a big screen TV, pool table and fireplace. We do have internet but no cable. We do have NFL on Utube as well. We have a firepit and lawn chairs for outside use. We do have a gas grill on the upper deck for your cooking pleasure. Very quiet neighborhood. Cozy country living but 2 miles to town. We are centrally located in Virginia. We can accommodate 4 people as we do have a queen size air mattress. We are perfect location to come and stay if you have children going to Liberty University or University of Lynchburg. We will allow you to have your child come and stay with you while you are here so you can spend some quality time with them. Just let s know so we can be prepared for them to stay.

We enjoyed our short stay in the place. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. We used the place as a home base for our 2 days exploring Appomattox and Lynchburg.

Home is equipped with everything that one would need. Superb 1 bedroom with full kitchen and family room!Tastefully decorated with very comfortable furniture for seniors. I would make this place my home away from home when in Appomattox! The host was extremely hospitable and readily available to attend to our needs! Beautiful home and exceptionally clean! A 10 for home and hostess!

So withing 15 minutes of showing up my walker broke. Handle snapped off. The home owner (who is awesome) had some items i used to repair it. Unfortunately the repairs didnt hold but the fact that she offered goes above and beyond what she needed to do. She also let us park closer to the entrance to lessen my walking. The home was fully equipped furnishings comfortable and all around a great space. She even helped me with a suprise for my wife. Great place great people great price. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay

This place has everything we needed and more! It is the beautifully appointed walkout basement of the main house, offering a marvelous balance of privacy and hospitality. This is our 2nd time staying here to visit our new grandson, and I am sure we will be back soon.
