We had a wonderful stay in this North Conway home. Paul was incredibly helpful with information about the house and the area. The location was perfect! We would love to stay here again.
Comfortable and quiet home, minutes from all the fun of North Conway
We had a great stay in North Conway. Paul was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed ahead of arrival. The house was comfortable and the well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub with view of the Cranmore ski slopes and the walking trail right behind the house! It was perfect for our family (6 adults and 2 kids).

Thank you for the review! We are glad you enjoyed the house, the location and the host! We look forward to your return trip back! -The Evolve Team
We stayed for a family trip with grandparents and kids. The house had everything we needed and room to spread out a bit! Paul even set up a little kiddie pool for our girls to use which helped burn off some energy. Location is perfect for trips into town and visits to both the White Mtn National Forest and Storyland! Highly recommend!
The pictures do not do the space justice. The main living area is large and extremely comfortable. The coffee bar is a really nice touch. The owner could not be more helpful, Communication was easy and efficient. The location simply can't be beat
The home is beautiful. Everyone commented on the comfy beds! The open kitchen/dining area was lovely. Our host was welcoming and friendly. We would stay again!
The small comment about cleanliness has to do with the laundry room. The area around the base of the shower was a bit dirty. But overall.... everything was great! Highly recommend!
Spent the weekend here for our son’s annual birthday trip to North Conway. We went with another family and this house was absolutely perfect. The boys loved the kids room with bunk beds. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for staying in while the grill was perfect for steak dinner for Father’s Day. We had everything we needed. Paul was super nice, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. We’re hoping to go back next summer!

OK House, Great Location
Great location in the heart of North Conway. Close to everything. We did have a couple of surprises. One was the listing states that there was a room with three twin beds. When showed the house at check-in, I was told there were two beds in that room, plus a trundle, which if opened took all of the floor space. We were offered sheets if we wanted to try to make it into a bed.The overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great, the floor was a bit dirty, the toilet was quite dirty and there were stains on some of the linens. Additionally, there were surveillance cameras on the property that were not disclosed in the description of the property. The property manager was good, very friendly and communicative.

Hi John, the right vacation home is everything, and we're glad you enjoyed the fantastic location in North Conway and found the property manager to be friendly and communicative. We're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:– The bedroom includes a bunk bed with two twin mattresses and a twin-size trundle bed, all noted in the listing and photo captions to set accurate expectations.– All linens go through a professional off-site laundering process. Floors are vacuumed and steam cleaned, bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned, and toilets go through an extensive two-step quality inspection before check-in. With a gravel driveway, some dirt can get tracked inside. To help with this, we’ve added mats at entry points.– Exterior security cameras are in place for guest safety and insurance purposes. It's important to note that these are not inside the home or pointed toward interior spaces. We're updating the listing to ensure future guests have all the details upfront, and we've also included a disclosure in the home. Thank you for sharing your experience. Your input helps us continue improving for future guests.
Paul was very communicative, location was fantastic. We didn’t use the house much as we were out and about all day. Basically just slept there. But was very disappointed with the cleanliness. Spilled some water when we got there, wiped it up with paper towels and it was very dirty. Kitchen floor had not been washed. We were supposed to put the sheets on the bed because the sheets were professionally cleaned but in doing so we saw the yellow stained pillows. The shower was dirty. The bathtub had hair in it. The windowsills were dirty. The blankets were not professionally cleaned so we didn’t use them because who knows how long it was since they were washed. There was a toy under the couch in plain view that was left there so suspicious as to when the place was vacuumed last. Shame. All those things made the place just feel dirty.

Everything as promised.
Paul was a great host. He met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home and its workings plus easy access for questions if we forgot. He also had a very detailed book for reference. He also had maps and suggestions for the area.
All the appliances including one of my main reasons to select his property, the Jacuzzi was in good condition. Us soon to be sixty need a good jacuzzi after hiking or biking all day. This was a true/strong Jacuzzi. Just what the muscles ordered. We selected the bedroom all the way in the back of the house and found the bed to be very comfortable, again very important when you are hiking and biking all day.
The location is less than one hour away from our top bucket list of hikes and bike tails including Franconia State Park, MT Washington and The Presidential Rails to Trail, which was the prettiest bike trail I have ever been on. You could fill a week just around North Conway and not even have to travel that far. You are also less than 15 minutes from Route 112 which just doing the drive to Lincoln and back is a good of a car hike as you can get with plenty of scenic overlooks to enjoy during a rest day. We also did a self-made covered bridges tour within 15 miles of the house which took us to 4 bridges.
The house is within walking distance (<1 mile)for great food and coffee. We liked the Muddy Moose for Casual Dinning. Peaches for Breakfast and Frontside for coffee. All less than a mile including shopping at Zeb's general store.
If we return to North Conway, I would have no concerns booking again.
Had another fun trip to N. Conway with our family and close friends. Spacious living room / kitchen gave plenty of room to cook, relax and entertain. Quiet surroundings which was nice.
Shops in walking distance- we walked about 4 miles overall in a day of shopping. Dinners out fabulous. Stairs could be a problem carrying heavy luggage but, manageable. Make sure a short person stays in the loft. Kitchen is open and spacious, dining area great for playing games. The instant on Fireplace was really nice to have. The best part is that the surrounding area was peaceful; we even enjoyed a hike on the trail in back of the property one morning. We would recommend.
We had a great girls trip! Location was great for getting to all the fun spots in North Conway! Great view from main bedroom! It was super hot while we were there so we couldn’t use the hot tub or fire pit area but would have loved to…very welcoming! Pictures are accurate! Great tea/coffee area! Paul goes over everything when you arrive and is available for any questions!
Awesome property that is minutes from North Conway Village. Took a 5 day get away with my Wife and daughter (3) just to relax and visit Story Land (20 min away) & Santa's Village (1 hour away). The scenic ride to Santa's Village is amazing. Paul your host was easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable about the area. Plenty of room as it has an open kitchen area and plenty of sleeping areas ( Bunk bed room was my favorite. Felt like a kid again with the bunk beds and video games). Food shopping within minutes of property. Property has it all
My husband and I spent our honeymoon over the past week at this home and had a great time exploring the area. Paul was a great host and had tons of great recommendations for hiking, dining, and other attractions! The home was clean and tidy and so comfortable! We ended up using the kitchen a lot and it was a great space to try some or the local products. We can’t recommend it enough!! We will definitely be back in the future!
The property was exactly what we were looking for. The amenities, including the Jacuzzi and the fire pit where we roasted marshmallows for smores were enjoyed by all the adults and our grandchildren. There are views of Cranmore Mountain from the back bedrooms. The snowshoe trails outside our door were beautiful. We would definitely rent again. Property manager is very attentive.
