There are 22 historic gravel & railroad tie steps with railing up to the home from private parking area. Property is steep and no railings on terraces. Children must be supervised at all times and are allowed on property at Guest’s own risk.

Base rate is for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $25/night. Any on-site day-use guest who is not included in the overnight reservation is $25/per person/per day.

*NOTE: Hot tub is cleaned & sanitized between each guest reservation.

*Maximum number of guests allowed on site: 8 (eight), per City of Manitou Springs.

*Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee from guest security/damage deposit if unauthorized and additional guests are on property (day or night) than stated on reservation.

*Dogs/pets are not allowed on property.

This cozy house was absolutely perfect for our first family trip to Colorado (2 adults, 5 teens/young adults). The host was very responsive with any questions we had, and we were delighted by all the beautiful Christmas decorations! We had everything we needed and appreciated the extra amenities provided. The balcony view was spectacular! We loved being so close (within walking distance) to the shopping district, restaurants, Manitou Incline, Cog Railway to Pike’s Peak, and Miramont Castle. The Iron Springs Chateau dinner theatre was right across the street! We also took an Uber to spend a day at Garden of the Gods. The house was everything we imagined and more!

Fun week in Manitou, walkable to downtown as well as incline. Home has a good layout for separation as well as as big family dinners. Hot tub was great bonus and front covered porch was perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

This house has historic charm and is conveniently located to Pike's Peak railway. Beds were comfortable and we liked the upstairs living room. Ample parking for larger groups. The house was beautiful. We really enjoyed that it was a historic home that was updated, clean and clearly loved. The location was great. We first thought that the parking, with the barricades, would be an inconvenience but it wasn’t at all. We very much appreciated have easy parking onsite after especially after experiencing the crazy parking in downtown Manitou Springs. We ended up walking to town and found it quick and easy. Definitely recommend visiting in October so you can experience the beauty of the leaves and all of the Halloween decorations. Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect for an early morning start to climbing Pikes Peak. The home was very clean with plenty of space to spread out. My favorite spot was the front porch for reading and coffee before the days got started. The kids favorite spot was the hot tub.

Jean’s place was as described and more. It’s perfect for our family getaway with 2 9 year olds and my 70 year mother. The house was clean, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Everything felt like it was within 20 minutes from the house - downtown Manitou was within walking distance, Garden of the Gods, Flying W Ranch- all super close. We absolutely plan on coming back here again!
