Salty Breeze is a newly renovated, spacious three-level home built for big groups who actually want to spend time together — and still have somewhere to escape to. Past guests keep calling it "amazing," and we work hard to keep it that way for every stay.



The top level opens right up: a great room with a smart TV and seasonal fireplace flows into a fully equipped kitchen (new stainless appliances, an air fryer, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers), with a dining table for 8 and island seating for 3. Step onto the balcony and you're looking straight down at the pool and volleyball court. The primary suite is tucked up here too — king bed, ensuite bath with a soaker tub and a separate walk-in shower.



Head down to the second floor for three more ensuite bedrooms: a king, a queen, and a bunk room that sleeps 4 (the kids call dibs on this one every time). Two of the three open straight onto a wraparound deck with its own seating overlooking the pool.



The bottom level is where the trip slows down — a twin bedroom plus a full game room with a pool table, a second fridge, a Smart TV, and its own door out to the backyard.

Salty Breeze sits inside Duck Landing, directly across from Duck's Town Park — an easy walk to the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. Our own private, guests-only beach entrance is a genuine 7-10 minute walk — that's the real distance, not a sales pitch. Once you're here you likely won't need the car much, but when you do:
