Caretta A at Villa Yialenia Estate

Villa Caretta A is a house constructed out of local stones and has three levels and total surface area of 75 m2. On the upper level is a bedroom for two persons (double bed) and a bathroom plus air-condition, balcony, etc. On the elevated ground floor is the kitchen-living room with TV, satellite TV, refrigerator, stove and kitchen sink and utensils. On the lower sub-basement level is a bedroom for three persons (single bed and a double bed) as well as another bathroom.
The stone house is adjacent to a shared pool and has great view of the estate with 3.000 m2 of green grass. The House is only 70m away from the beach which is golden sand stretching 2 km. Form the beach of the House 200 m to the left is the famous Costa Navarino Resort with an 18-hole Golf Course, two 5 Stars Hotels, Shops, Spa and 10 Restaurants. Our guests can enjoy privacy and have all the amenities of 5 star Restaurants, Bars and Spa as well as Golf Course only 200m away.

Relaxing stay

This is an amazing place to stay. The house is beautiful, well maintained and equipped. The view of sunset from the balcony is beautiful. There are enough sunbets and parasols around the pool as well as at the beach. We enjoyed a lot the sea (clean and warm) and walked often to the nearby beach bar Koa. Dimitris is a perfect host, on the arrival he welcomed us with full fridge and ech morning he brought us bread/croissants! We (including our kids 6,9 years old) really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back.
