Cozy 3 bd Cottage w/ access to private lake

Unfortunately, this was a guest with whom we experienced the most challenges. The guest did not communicate any concerns during the stay, despite being encouraged at check-in to reach out if anything was needed. All feedback was provided only after checkout. Several concerns raised could have been easily addressed had they been communicated during the stay. For example, the reservation and stay, took place in November in the Northeast, when outdoor furniture is stored seasonally due to snow. These items are available upon request when weather permits; however, no request was made. Similarly, an issue with the dishwasher was reported only after checkout, preventing us from addressing it in a timely manner. Additionally, the guest did not follow the clearly outlined trash disposal instructions which were provided at check in and left the property in an untidy condition. We are committed to providing a comfortable and welcoming experience for our guests and appreciate open communication so any concerns can be resolved promptly.

The cottage does have a rustic theme with all new furniture, which contribute to the overall cozy feel that allows our guests to experience modern cottage lake feeling.
