The Space:

The lower level of Villa Azure: 4 elegant bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, opening directly to the private heated pool and tropical gardens. The ground-floor layout means easy access between rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining, and outdoor lounging areas. Designed for groups who want a seamless indoor-outdoor experience right at pool and beach level. Bedding configuration: 3 King beds and 2 Queen beds, sleeping up to 10 guests.

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the lower level of the villa: all 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms, BBQ area, gardens, and the private heated pool. Parking is included inside the gated property.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Ocean Park, San Juan — one of the city's most walkable beach neighborhoods. Direct access to a pristine windsurfing and kite-surfing beach is steps from the front gate. Walking distance to local favorites like Kasalta, El Hamburger, and Pirilo Pizza, with Condado's restaurants, shopping, and nightlife only minutes away. SJU airport is a 10-minute drive.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft serve the area reliably. Rental scooters are available throughout the neighborhood. We can arrange private drivers or airport transfers — sedans or vans for larger groups — at request.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is strictly at 4 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $500 fee. Events must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees. This property can be combined with the upper-level 3-bedroom oceanview suite to create the entire 7-bedroom Villa Azure estate, or with the neighboring Villa Paradiso for a 16-bedroom compound — ideal for weddings and retreats.
