This brand new incredible vacation condominium suite at the Water's Edge Resort in Garden City on the shore of Bear Lake is fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials for your convenience. We provide all linens, towels, coffee makers, smart TVs, stocked kitchen and kitchenettes. As a third-story suite, you get beautiful views of the Bear Lake valley and, in some cases, a spectacular view of the mountains! The property is within walking distance of a public beach and all your favorite restaurants and shops right in the center of town.

Suite 302 is a great getaway, perfectly suited for anyone and everyone to enjoy all that Bear Lake Valley offers. For your ease in planning, here is the layout of each of the bedrooms:

Nice place to stay. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Grandson loved the proximity to the beach. Views were spectacular from the unit.Definitely would stay here again.

This property is located at the center of the Bear Lake region, making it easy to access UT, WY and ID. It’s right off the main road in Garden City. Overall, the stay is comfortable and quite spacious. It’s also very quiet. There were a couple very minor issues in the location like the elevator was out, the patio door in the living room didn’t seem to latch. You will need to bring or purchase some minor supplies like trash bags and sponges. But again, great price, great location and best of all responsive management! They addressed all questions and issues in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this location.
