Poinsettia Heights was perfect for what I wanted. I came for the amenities, and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. The room is small, but it had everything I needed: a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a comfortable bed, a TV, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It opens right onto a fenced-in, very tropical backyard, which was the highlight. The host, was amazing and very responsive. I’ll be back!

I paid for the booking and immediately received a message from Marc Reina saying it was “no longer available” but nothing else, especially a refund which I am working on.
