Welcome to your dream getaway which is perfect for family and friends! With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a private hot tub, this Paradise Village home will accommodate a group of 12 guests.

Accommodations:
-The first bedroom on the main floor offers a king-size bed and bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a spacious closet perfect for a pack 'n play.

-The second bedroom features a king-size bed and twin-size triple bunk beds. It also has a private balcony with a fire pit and awesome views of the red rock landscape.

-The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin over-full bunk bed.

Indulge in family fun with a private hot tub, Xbox, board games, and pool toys. For the sports enthusiasts, we've got you covered with equipment for pickleball and more. Enjoy movie nights on smart TVs with Roku or savor a BBQ feast on the semi-private, covered outdoor patio.

There are two pool areas shared by the Paradise Village community that is not private to this home only. There also is a private hot tub located on the back patio of this home.

Everything was perfect. It was a really cute place - spacious, clean, lots of parking. There were lots of water toys and sports accessories provided. The old people and the young people in our group all enjoyed their stay.

Perfect for Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this home. I was concerned about the the kitchen and if it would be big enough and equipped enough for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner and it was nicely equipped with platters, bowls, utensils, dinnerware, tools, knives crockpot, griddle, toaster, pans, pots, etc.! The home was so clean, the beds were comfy and the primary tub and shower were amazing. The hot tub was relaxing and very clean. The garage was big enough for our two cars (SUV. & sedan). A few of our group swam in the heated community pools and found it well maintained and not crowded at all, probably due to the cool weather. The hosts were so quick to respond to our questions and requests. It could not have been a better week. So much to be thankful for!

You'll Never Want To Get Out of Bed!

Ourselves and another family stayed at this property and it was the perfect amount of space. We loved that two of the rooms had extra bunk beds and the kids were all able to stay in their own room together. The beds were SO comfortable! I also love that they use less toxic products around the house for cleaning and beauty care. The private hot tub was a great addition since it was cold during our stay and no one wanted to walk to the pool. Do double check the days of the year the pools are heated. I was under the impression it was year round, but only one pool was heated during our stay and it wasn't either pool with slides for the kids so they were pretty disappointed. A lot of the other units have a ping pong table in the garage and that would be a nice addition since there isn't a lot of space for kids to run around inside, but definitely would not prevent us from stay here again!
