We had a wonderful stay at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Robert was an outstanding host—responsive, communicative, and easy to work with throughout our visit. While the townhouse is an older property, it was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable.The pools were conveniently located and easily accessible, and we especially appreciated how pet-friendly the community is. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline whenever we wanted. We also felt very safe thanks to the strong security presence throughout the resort. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Great location, very short walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Condo was very nice and had everything needed. We loved the pools!

The house was excellent, very clean and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Robert was very kind and always helpful. Communication was fast and easy. We are leaving very happy and highly recommend it.

Panama City Beach Trip

While we really appreciated the location of the property due to its convenience to everything, we found the resort was too big. Our unit was located on the main road with constant vehicle back and forth. No privacy in the front or back. What was most disappointing was the inside of the unit. Very dirty walls, shower, kitchen cupboards and drawers, laundry facilities, etc. We replaced the shower curtain due to mold. Screen were ripped and had holes. Blinds were filthy and didn't operate. Windows were fogged up, etc.. Our property owner was very accommodating and helpful when we needed to contact him. It was great it was animal friendly.
