We love Destin and all it has to offer! Research property!
Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
We had spent several days in another unit before moving over to this one. There was a mildew smell, roaches, dated furnishings, and the dryer didn’t work properly. We’ve stayed at this property several years ago and forgot why we switched until this past stay. Great location, needs updating, better pest control, and less nickle and dime. You have to pay to park there and wrist bands to use pool or beach. The beach chair service is very expensive with rude staff. My family was at this property several years for 8 days. My wife for got a few things in unit and multiple attempts to contact management company and never got a response.
