Live in a Comfortable Home, in Portland’s popular Munjoy Hill & Eastern Promenade area. Ideal for Family & Friends, a Special Occasion, Relaxing Getaway or Business. Portland's charm offers many markets, award winning restaurants & activities to choose from.

Shop The Old Port & Downtown Portland which are within walking distance. Freeport Outlets, LL Bean and The Maine Mall are a short drive away. Enjoy Portland's downtown art district and the waterfront walking trail which is just 2 minutes away. It's just a short drive to the coast with beautiful beaches & scenic lighthouses.

The apartment feels like home & maintains architectural features of the past. Both smaller and larger groups will love the spacious floor layout and we go above and beyond to provide you with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need.
It has an updated eat-in kitchen, large separate dining room, spacious living room with flat screen tv, 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Wifi is included. Some additional notes:

1) Off street parking is available upon request. There is free street parking in the neighborhood that may be challenging to find during the busier summer months.
2) Our units sleep 6 in beds and up to 8 with an air mattress that we supply.
3) Because of increasing costs, we have an additional per person charge or guests that exceed 5 people. We do this because of the rising costs of laundry, utilities and general wear and tear.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Very nice towels, stove worked great. Space was larger than you would think for a city rental. The only disappointment were the people living above the rental. You can hear them walking and running up and down the stairs. Overall we enjoyed our experience. Close to shops and breweries. A short walk to see the bay. I would definitely rent the parking spot if available. He isn’t joking when he says parking is very limited.

The 3BD 2BA second floor unit was great for a stay especially with East Promenade playground and a few shops within walking distance. Thankfully the heatwave was over since one of the bedroom doesn’t have a AC unit. Street parking wasn’t an issue as well (tues street cleaning). The kitchen felt like a college kitchen with mismatched pots and lids but we made it work with takeouts. Thank you for a great spot for us to stay in Portland.

Nick was a wonderful and accommodating host. We loved our stay at the house; beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for spending time together on the couch and in the kitchen and dining room. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable place to land after a fun day exploring all that Portland has to offer.

Accessibility to the inside living space was not safe at all. It is located on the second floor of the building and the stairs to get to the second floor are steep, little space for foot placement and curvy. My party staying included my 85 year old mom and it was terrible for her on the stairs and completely unsafe. Additionally, the only air conditioning is a single window unit located in the dining room. The bedrooms have a small fan placed on the dresser, the bathrooms, living room and kitchen have nothing.

I am a reliable, responsive and caring Landlord of 15 units in 3 states. My wife and I have been operating short term rentals since 2015 and we always aim to provide a 5 star stay. It is important to us. I was born and raised in Portland. It is most important to me that I can be a part of peoples memories and provide them the same excitement that I have had my whole life being from Portland and the great state of Maine.

Why they chose this property

My parents are both Italian and there was a high concentration of Italians on Munjoy Hill when they were children in the 50's and 60s. It has so much history, all to become one of the most desirable residential neighborhoods in the state. We are one street away from the ocean and some of the most dramatic and gratifying views of Casco Bay.

What makes this property unique

We get wonderful natural sun light! We also have spacious floor plates that can accommodate larger groups and the two full bathrooms on the floors provide the flexibility that both small and large groups need.
