Fantastic location and the views!

This apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Portland. Parking was easy, the property is really bright and clean, and the beds were comfortable. A great spot for a long weekend with friends.

Located right in the middle of a vibrant area with plenty to see, do, eat and drink. And spectacular views above it all. Directions and instructions crystal clear and the stay went off without a hitch. Recommended and we look forward to returning.

This is a delightful setting- stunning views and right in the heart of Portland. Amenities are tasteful and comfortable. We hated to leave!

Location, Location, Location!

The condo is located cross the street from the harbor (and Luke's Lobster restaurant), a block from the ferry terminal, and in the heart of the old port. We walked to everything! The condo was new and architecturally beautiful - appliances, bathrooms, windows. The frosting on the cake was watching the full moon through the bank of windows facing the harbor!

Amazing location, amazing views!

This is a great place in the heart of Old Port, and it was an great stay. The location is unbeatable, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The piers are right across the street, too. The apartment itself has amazing views (including a cupola!). If it wasn't foggy during our stay, I'd imagine the sunrises would be incredible. And the bedroom has great views of downtown. And the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Long ramble short, stay here!

Rainy Days in Portland

Our 3-night stay in Portland was just right for our young kiddos. The location was perfect for us to walk down to the water or explore the cobblestone streets. Unfortunately it rained most of our stay so we couldn’t do as much exploring on foot as we would have hoped. Excellent breads and coffee at Standard Baking Co. just down the street. Beds were comfy, pillows plush. Have already recommended to our friends.

The Perfect Portland “Percival”

Thank you for the wonderful experience you, and “The Percival” penthouse provided for our family! What a great location, with outstanding views from the windows, the deck, and especially the cupola! We enjoyed being within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops! We loved the “modern-rustic”, up to date, and comfortable design! The added bonus of a parking pass provided a hassle-free experience when we went somewhere in the car. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Views All Around!

Scott's place is really breathtaking from front to back. You walk in to a living room/kitchen/eating area that has unobstructed, expansive views of the harbor. This picture on the website was very accurate. We spent a lot of time in this area and found ourselves immediately calm watching the winter comings/goings of the traffic on the water. The back bedroom as well had unobstructed views of the downtown area. We loved having the blinds open all day. (Note - be aware that these are not mirrored glass from the outside.) Everything was extremely clean and well curated and our experience was this was a quiet place to stay. Scott was very responsive when needed on check-in details or recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely stay here again and loved the city of Porland!

No flexibility with wanting to check in early and use the allotted parking space. We used public parking instead and spent 40. Also, the electricity went out one night and we were unable to enter the building. It took Scott 55 minutes to respond to our text message. We were very inconvenienced and nothing was offered. This is Scott’s business it’s not warm and fuzzy. There are a lot of rules. Be sure to read everything carefully.

What a prefect place to stay in Portland. Once we parked the car, we never moved it until we left the area. So many restaurants, shopping, and tours within walking distance. And it was quiet at night. This suite, in addition to being beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, it's comfortable. I highly recommend this suite if you are visiting this area.
